5/1/20176 at 6:00 Long time Metro customer, went to the store on the corner of evans, the girl behind the counter was an arrogant child, gave me the worst attitude when i asked how much it would be to activate my phone, clearly nothig was preventing her, but her own laziness, and she thought i wouldnt see it, understand it, or report it, but shes actively rejecting custiomers, milking the clock to get paid as much as possible with the least amount of work. this isnt the quality of service ive come to expect from metro, and your reputation is forever damaged in my eyes. My phone is unlocked, so im going to cricket now. Still you should fire her, shes clearly bad for your business, and not just her, but the idiot who hired her just as well. I miss the guys that used to work there, they are some of the most helpful employees id ever seen, wish they were there today, this witch is the devil, and dumb as a bag of stones to boot.
