I asked to Port a number for my fiance, was told that it might not go through. He called my fiance for payment on an account that had not even been ported yet and demanded payment for the new account without even getting it authorized. When we told him we wouldnt pay for services that we didnt even have yet, he got irate and said you need to pay for it now regardless. Who pays for services that they dont even have yet if they dont even know if it will be successful? I have an existing account and he would not add my fiance on the family plan after we were already told that it would not be any problem. Was told that I had to wait for the next billing cycle to add new member? Since when? This mans customer service skills were horrible. He even bad mouthed me to another customer when I said that I would not pay for services that we did not have. Customer service 101, do not bad mouth another client to a prospective client. Do not go into this store unless you prefer bad service.

I went in this boost mobile store on a Wednesday to try and switch to this carrier, but when I went in they told me they had no phones available until Friday. So I waited. I went in again on Saturday, and they told me there was still no phones until Wednesday. So I waited. I cane in Wednesday evening, and they told me there were no phones until Friday... So I gave up and had to drive to the store in Denver instead! I wasted so much time and gas trying to get a phone from here, and the employees here dont even seem like they care. I havent step foot in that store again!

Interesting how 2 days after i visit this store, someone tried using my debit card to buy 50 bucks worth of dunkin donuts. What in the world could you buy at dunkin donuts for 50 bucks?! I cannot prove who took my card number but walking out of there i had a weird feeling so maybe that was my gut trying to tell me something. I will not be returning and hopefully i can avoid the mess that was created after this.

The new guy had no idea how to do anything, we waited 20 minutes for the person who did to "be right back", she knew we were swithching from Sprint and after making us fill out some paper, another 10 minutes, suddenly remembered that we qualified for none of the sales in that store! Also, she was extremely rude, ended up ordering a phone online that was not what we wanted. Awful.

I have driven there twice now during regular posted business hours just to find the place closed. Not only that but there is a sign that says they dont take credit cards. I will be going out of my way to go to a different location from now on.

Store was recently sold to a new owner ... Seems nice inside and they had literally 40. Phones in stock now. I guess new ownership changes it all for the better
