Had the pleasure of stopping by here last summer while on a bike tour down the Front Range from WY. Needed some parts and some help with the repairs and am really glad I stopped here. Kevin repacked the bearings in my rear wheel, replaced the axle cone and cassette, and trued the wheel for me while I waited . He really seemed to care about getting my ride back in shape and I rolled out of there extremely grateful. Might make a point of stopping there on my next trip as the next bike shop heading south is in Trinidad. Thanks again, guys.

This is a while back but we stopped here on a cross country bike trip to fix a whole bunch of things. Best bike shop of the whole trip. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and good value for money. I had been having some niggling mechanical issues that no other bike shop had managed to diagnose but one of the mechanics spotted all the problems straight away and sorted it all out very quickly. They are always so nice and helpful. I am 53 and not in shape so I felt intimidated walking in to buy a bike. They were so nice. My son rides his bike everywhere when he lived here and Great Divide always helped him out because he was a good customer and knew he needed his bike. Grateful for a bike shop that sticks by its posted hours, and treats young and old customers well.

brought my bike in to get some basic work and a tune up. The staff explained the process and cost very clearly to me and said they would get right on it! Before the day was over i received a voicemail stating the work was completed and they cleaned it. Everyone was very easy to talk with and helpfull.............I recommend everyone to the Great Divide bike shop!!

They went above and beyond to help me out repairing my bike. Im riding across the country and they made it top priority to get me in and out as fast as possible. They even let me store my panniers inside so I could go grab a bite to eat. Great people great service and fair prices.

Go there for everything bike related and I bike a lot. Mechanics are awesome. Half of the sales staff is nice and half is just pretentious and rude. Great selection and fair pricing on their service side and retail side.
