Our cashier today was Kim and she was incredibly disrespectful to everyone she encountered. We were behind an old woman that was having difficulties pulling her coupon up on her phone. She asked Kim a couple times how to make it work and Kim responded each time telling her "just get the barcode". The older woman obviously did not understand. Kim took her phone and got the barcode and said "see a bacode". The older woman asked how she got it and Kim said "just click the URL". The old woman was very polite and was never rude when she was be treated so unfairly. After the woman left Kim looked at my father and I next in line and said "Im not gonna have to show you how to use YOUR phone am I?" My father replied that the woman was older and probably didnt understand and shes a customer. Kim kept saying how everyone else had to wait because that old woman. She was trying to make it seem like she was being funny but it was completely out of line. No one was upset they had to wait except Kim. Not only was it awkward watching Kim interact with her customer, it was worse to then listen to her talk rudely about that customer after she left. Makes us wonder how she talks about us when we fumble or are an "inconvenience" then leave.

We just finished our "Advanced" dog training with Justin Paisley at the Parker PetSmart. He is wonderful! His knowledge goes way beyond a simple "shake paw"; he knows the psychology behind the various breeds, shows you the best and most appropriate ways to correct things (always encouraging and positive) and he obviously LOVES dogs! He has had a TON of experience - training dogs in the Marines, helping law enforcement with dogs and even the airport security. I cannot say enough how beneficial our training with Justin was. When we first adopted our dog at 4-5 months, both my husband and I were feeling overwhelmed because we were unsure how to appropriately train our dog. I was beyond frustrated! I went to PetSmart to look for some type of chew toy and just happened to have Justin walk by. I asked him about toys for dogs, and for the next 10 minutes he asked me questions about our dog, about what we wanted for a relationship with our dog, helped me to understand what we had unknowingly taught our dog (chewing up the area rugs, etc.) and helped me know how to correct the problem! This all without a training lesson! He has been incredible to us, for our dog, and for our family.

I brought my yellow lab in for a grooming in December. Hes quite the shedder, so I decided to try the Furminator option ("up to an hour of brushing plus deshedding shampoo. Reduces 90% of shedding"). This treatment costs $60. His appointment was at 2:30. They said they would call when he was ready to be picked up. I called to check in at 6:00 and the woman said he would be done at 7:45pm. Over five hours for a grooming? I got there at 7:45 and they were packed. Every grooming station had a dog on it and they were working frantically. They were definitely over booked. My lab looked and smelled nice, but the second he touched me, my pants were covered in fur. I took him home and he immediately drank a full bowl of water. There is no way they gave him any water during those five hours at petsmart. I hoped that the shedding would go down over the next two weeks but I noticed no difference. Part of my thinks they didnt do the treatment I paid for at all, and I know they couldnt have brushed him for an hour. Now Im seeing petsmart commercials that guarantee their grooming- wish these were running earlier, though I dont know if I would take him back, even if it was free.

This store is a joke. Ive had one too many poor experiences shopping here and now I wont go back. The employees refuse to acknowledge their customers. I never get greeted or asked if I need help finding something. I stood around waiting to get crickets for 10 minutes before I gave up and left. At least three employees had passed me by without even making eye contact let along saying something like, "Ill be right with you." On my way out I noticed three employees just standing around having a laugh about something, completely ignorant to the fact that there were customers who needed help.

Tried to get my dogs nails trimmed as we are a frequent customer and they have a new computer system which apparently didnt transfer over my dogs information- they refused to do it unless I got a copy of the rabies paperwork. The Banfield which is attached and where we take them had 10 people in line. They wanted me to stand in line, get a copy and then come back and stand in line again! She even had her tag on and they could have easily walked over, by passed the line and help me get a quick nail trim...poor customer service!

It is really had to get help in this store. I try to make a quick visit but there is no one around to help and when you do find someone they dont know. I do however like their return policy, if the animal doesnt like it or the item doesnt work out just take it back. The receipt even has a return price on it for what it was purchased for!

Took my American Eskimo poodle mix here for a grooming. They did a fabulous job! I have had a hard time with groomers in the past either mistreating my girl, or not listening to how I wanted her groomed. Tiffany was the gal that groomed her and she did a wonderful job! Listened to what I wanted, and took great care of her!

Terrible.... Sameer, the manager refused to honor discounts even when shown ......walked him to sale items and said because it doesnt scan sale I have to pay full price....even with discount tag on item....he spoke in foreign language when leaving and laughed aty family and I....disgusting

Friskies for 42 cents a can states the advertisement they sent me. I loaded a cart with several cases only to find out that I was going to save 1 cent a can and the price was 48 cents. How does that come out to 42 cents a can?? I say "bait and switch", shame on you!

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful at the store! Trainer, Justin, was one of the best things to ever happen to our puppy! Really, everyone here is top-notch, positive and really does give you the best advice for your pet. We love this PetSmart! <3

There is a cat groomer at this location who is excellent. My cat was not stressed after she was done. Usually she acts "freaked out" after grooming. I think the groomers name was Bethany.

Took my dog in for Behavioral therapy with Justin Paisley was an absolute dick, I didnt get a thing he said double booked AND ran 40 minutes over. Wont ever be going back.

The groomers are well versed in grooming your pet. Justin the dog trainer is extremely knowledgeable. This store i s a well oiled machine.
