The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful! The first time I visited the store I was looking for options for a higher quality dog food because I had the feeling that my dog was allergic to something that Im feeding her, even if was grain free. One of the employees gave me few options and explained how are they different and why she recommends some of the brands. But right before I made my decision she asked why Im making the change because the food that my dog is having is a good one too. I told her about the problems that my dog is having and she said that my dog was probably allergic to chicken after explaining why these things happen with dogs. Since then my dog is in love with her chicken free food and I stopped spending hundreds of dollars on vet bills. Told the vet about her allergies and they acted very surprised! This store has very good selection of food too and I never go wrong picking any of the brands they have, prices a lot better than the big pet stores too!

Ive had good and bad experiences here. Sometimes the sales staff are not knowledgeable about the products, but the last time I was in the girl was super-helpful, asked questions about what I was looking for and offered several recommendations based on the problems I was having getting my dog to eat. Also the stock seems to be low quite a bit - they offer points programs through blue buffalo for the canned food, but they have to be cases of the same variety, and they often dont have enough of one kind to make a whole case. If you do have serious questions about the products you may want to start with your vet unless you get lucky and get the girl I spoke to on my last visit. Otherwise I like to support my local small business owners as often as I can.

I came in today twice, which I hate myself for, but was very disappointed at what I found. So I have been shopping here since Ive moved here from Texas six months ago the assistant manager is great and super helpful. The young man is always willing to help me with my bags and I was so happy to see the girl with dreads come back, shes very knowledgeable. Point is, customer service is typically great. Both times I came in the employees looked so tired and This was for both shifts of workers. Like I get it, they never seem to have holidays off. Give these people a break. I usually love shopping here but this time I couldnt help but feel guilty.

I have been coming to this store for years buying my dogs food. They have always been good to me until now. I tried a new dog treat based on their recommendation, it made 2 of my 4 dogs sick, so I tried to return it but I lost my receipt. They were not willing to help me out at all. They claim to have a guarantee. The girl working the counter was so rude. They wouldnt even do an exchange or store credit. Now Im stuck with this crappy product. I will be taking my pet business else where from now on.

This pace sent out coupons to the whole neighborhood with listings of what food they carried. For example Pro plan. Nope they didnt even have it. They said the would order it. Never happened. good thing I didnt wait. Because it never came. Never got a phone call about it being in or sorry we cant get it in for ya. Just go to your vets office or Petsmart or the other big name place. Which the name just escaped me. Dont go to pet club they dont have what they advertise.

I come in twice a week and buy the canidae dog food. I love that they always have it in stock and that thwy do the customer program where you buy 12 bags amd get one free. Staff is super friendly and love pets! :) Everytime I come in we talk about rescues and our current foster dogs! They also have amazing treats, my dogs love the yak milk bones and bully sticks. They are much cheaper than petsmart or petco and they carry only the best dog food brands.

This blonde girl is such a jerk. Im literally in the parking lot writing this. She wouldnt help recommend a dog food for my puppy. I finally picked one out alone. I went to pay and she grabs the card out of my hand and throws it back along with my ID. I picked them uo and said thank you anyway. She just scoffed, threw my receipt and walked away. What a frickin jerk. Definitely wont be coming here again.

This place keeps their betta fish in TINY water cups, about a third the size of the already too-cramped betta cups you see in most stores. Most of the fish were so squished in that they couldnt even fully extend because the container is so tiny. Disgusting.
