I have had problems every time I go in to their store. Everyone at this location has had an attitude with me every single time, has terrible customer service and I havent had that problem at any other Barnes & Noble or any other store for that matter. First time, I went to buy an ASVAB book and the checker seemed to be in a very bad mood and made me and my fiancé feel uncomfortable because of his mood/attitude. I went back a second time to return the ASVAB book since I ended up not using it and wouldnt need to and wanted to get the money back since Im having money issues. When I showed up, I had to wait because they werent open yet (which was fine). When 9am came around, they were all standing there just talking and didnt open the doors until 5 minutes after when all of these people are waiting on them. I went to the checker to return the book and she said she couldnt return it after 14 days. I was a little irritated with her attitude that she had with me and I asked to talk to the manager to see if there was anything he could do about returning the book since there was nothing the checker could do. The manager also said that he couldnt refund it after 14 days and I asked if there was anything he could do and he said no that they wont take back the book because he said that people buy books like this to study from them and try to return them after taking the test. I not only found that insulting that he thought or assumed that I was lying but he refused to work with me to find a happy-medium. I explained to him that I was having financial problems and was returning whatever I could because of family issues and he didnt care and just ignored me. This guy wouldnt let me return the book and wouldnt even give me in-store credit so I could come back and buy something when I needed it. He would only let me do an exchange. Whether I stayed that day or came back another day, I had to stay and try to find something I wanted just to get the exchange.

This Barnes N Nobel Sucks. I love to shop here but Every time I go here i get terrible customer service. I called up there at 9:30pm and asked how long it would take to receive a book in store, and the lady said they would have to check their wear house and that their systems were shut dow and they were closed. So I asked the lady if they were open tell 11 and she replied back rudely and said well we have never been open tell 11! We close at 10 and have closed at 10 ever sense i have worked here. We ave never closed at 11. I politely told her its not quite 10 yet and she said well our systems are shut down ad we are closed so call back in the morning! I told her she does not need to be so rude. I then hung up and was saddened by the terrible customer service.

This review is for online orders. I bought 3 books from them for the first time and am never going to buy ANYTHING from them ever again. None of the books reached on promised date, the tracking status from UPS would shows updates from three days behind. When I called the customer care, they too were clueless about the shipment. They said, they can send me a replacement order, meaning wait another five days for the same thing, that I ordered a week back. When I asked about a possibility of an expedite shipping in the wake of inconvenience caused to me, they said, they have no such provisions. I am now ordering the same book from Amazon, at a lower price and will suggest to please avoid ordering ONLINE from this company.

Horrible service. I purchased a bride book when I got engaged with a gift card from the future mother in law. It is brand new with perfect packaging. We decided to get married in Vegas and I didnt need the book. But because I didnt keep the receipt and/or the original gift card (which was empty) and refuse to pay for a membership when most are free, they wouldnt even offer a gift card for the brides book which again was in perfect condition. horrible customer service keep your receipts or dont shop at Barnes and Noble.

After reading some of the reviews, I can see why people are complaining about customer service. I called this store to see if they had a book in stock. The phone rang and rang for at 30 times! When it was answered, I thanked the person for answering the phone and immediately was told they couldnt hear me so I thought they were going to hang up. The guy finally acknowledged the call and said they were really busy. If I didnt need this book, I wouldnt it here!

Its a good bookstore with a large variety of book EXCEPT they wont even price match their own online price. I can understand other businesses, but your own? I was really looking forward to having the book today but not when your online price is 40% cheaper than the store price. Ill do my book shopping on Amazon (same price online) and just wait for it.

If you want to buy a book from a store, B&N is a decent option. The workers were ever present and helpful. Very broad selection across all genres and authors. Not a very deep collection, however. If youre looking for a more obscure work by a non bestselling or older author, you might be out of luck.

I love the customer service because they can always help the also have good parking a ms I love the location because theres a Starbucks and other stores by it then there are also the books and toys for little kids and really good books for other things too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is helpful but they do ask you if youre "finding everything ok" WAY too much. When you go to a book store, most people enjoy browsing. In the hr I was in the store 2 different people asked me like 6 times if I was finding everything ok. If I wasnt I would have asked.

I went in looking for a book that I saw in another B & N in another state. I did not remember the name or author. I gave Mike a description of the cover and subject. He found it! He made my search his quest and persisted. Nicely done!

The employees are SUPER nice and helpful. Great place to go with kids especialy. My only complaint is that they removed the "new" section for books. As a frequent reader, this makes finding something new to read a bother.

Parking here sucks but the store is nice enough. Small and narrow Starbucks inside. Huge Nook section if you are looking for a reading device. This seems the place to be for remote workers to set up shop.

I really liked their customer service the girls were just so sweet and nice. The only thing I did not like was that online it said they had my university books, and they didnt have them at the store.
