Some cool stuff in this store. I could spend all my money easily here. Staff is very friendly and very nice but would like to see more customer in their service. They were easily distracted by other staff and made the customers wait, For example while they responded to questions once and a a few other things that came up after. It easily doubled my check out time. Not a huge deal but no apology or even a half hearted excuse for explanation it was as if I just ceased to exist. 3 times it happened during my checkout. I did buy a lot I suppose. But still would of appreciated an apology or for the other staff to of waited or ideally helped with my checkout.... out of all the thing that could of been, it was more of an inconvenience for me but the lady waiting next to check out. It must of seemed like an hour of waiting.

This place rules! At least a third of the store is full of retro games. They have so many awesome classic items of value. The staff I met with was very knowledgable about everything I asked about, including rarities outside of their current stock. These guys deserve your best questions about their products, because they know a lot and really do enjoy what they sell. A new generation gamer could learn a lot about gaming history here. There are some used instruments at great prices that caught my eye as well. Best place to ever wander into! Its such a great location and awesome store, I am surprised there arent more reviews of this fantastic place that I only even half looked at while waiting for the bus out of the mall.

This place is good for odds and ends such as 1.) Video games for really old consoles 2.) Random fan merch for a variety of interests 3.) Random knick knacks 4.) Books 5.) Music 6.) Comics They carry books Ive noticed that arent always up to date with say, Barnes and Noble, but have a good selection of different kind of books you generally wouldnt see. The prices are okay. Their buy back center in my opinion gives me too little money to consider using it again. I would still go to places like GameStop to trade in my video games and consoles. I would recommend this place because its clean, and its unlike any store nearby. Its a pretty neat place actually.

This is such an awesome store. You literally cant just go in there and right back out. There SOOO MUCH to look at and shop for. My favorite is the movie section. They sell 100s of used dvds & bluerays from the most popular ones to that "hard to find thriller" from back in the day. 2nd fav is the music section, "WOW" I mean seriously wow. They have 1000s of LPs & CDs so cheap you want to buy them all. Then theres a whole 2nd FLOOR just for the library. Every book you can think of and then some. They have toys from movies, candy, snacks, etc.... You have to see this huge store for yourself. Right next AMC & P F Changs.

I have mixed feeling about this store. I have shopped here on several occasions and am generally happy with the experience. You can find some great deal on books. As for games and DVDs forget it. You are better off buying from a GameStop or Amazon. I recently moved and had some Blu-ray Discs that I wanted to sell. I was offered $10 for 7 movies that they will sell for $10 or more. When I commented about the low offer Garrett (an employee) took a real passive aggressive attitude with me. As a result I declined their offer. I would still buy books from them, but dont sell them anything unless you are desperate.

This store has a great concept but not a great execution. They accept a lot of stuff that clearly has little resell value or demand, so it will just sit for months upon months. Their buy-back program is a joke, so I dont recommend it. Their trade-in values are very low. Youd be better off on Amazon or eBay. Half of the staff is very friendly and eager to help you out, but the other half is unapproachable and stand-offish. This is a great store to kill some time in, but if youre looking for something in particular, youre probably wasting your time.

They used to have an awesome selection of video games ranging from new releases to vintage classics on the NES, etc but it feels like their selection of games shrinks every time I come in. The prices on the games they do have are usually pretty competitive with online prices which is nice! They have a good amount of collectibles, movies, books and other nerdy stuff that is still fun to browse through as well. I havent sold anything to them through their buyback program but I imagine it works similarly to gamestop or other places.

Theyve always done a good job with me exchanging games that dont work right within the allotted 2wk return policy on used games. Their prices are fairly competitive on new games as well. All the employees that Ive dealt with have been pleasant and helpful whenever I ask for service. They have a wide variety of all things nerd/geek. Books, games, collectables, gadgets, movies, etc. Ive only scratched the surface of the things they carry here and am looking forward to exploring the large book selection upstairs more.

The sales portion of this business is great. However, I would strongly recommend never selling anything at this store. I put down $120 worth of nearly perfect condition books, and their offer was $6 cash or $12 in store. The cash offer equates to 1/20th of the value of the books I wanted to sell, which turns out to be a worse offer than the typical pawn shop gives you for a transaction of identical value, since an average pawn shop offers between 1/6th to 1/10th of a given items worth.

It is a good place to shop but not sell. They have terrible offers and you will have a better chance at getting more money somewhere else for your stuff. They wanted to give me $1 in cash or $1.30 in store credit for two great and popular books. They were in really good condition because I only had them for two weeks. I bought both books for a little over $30. I have never actually shopped here but the store looks pretty cool, I just suggest not to sell here. Its not worth it.

Their hours are incorrectly listed. Theyre only open until 8 p.m. on Sunday, not until 9 as Google states, and they dont know how to fix that (hire a noob SEO person). I was in the store for about five seconds before I was informed that I had to leave, as they were closed. Its a shame too, as the shop looked like a nicely preserved Borders-esque blast from the past. All things considered, what I was searching for was easily found on Amazon.

They sell well-cared-for, used books, games, comics, music, and more. Their selection is awesome, and the store layout encourages browsing and exploring everything they have to offer. Most recently, they hosted "Fried Pie Con", a mini comic con, featuring notable artistswriters autographing, 2 comic book panel discussuons, artists alley, and cosplay contest. Even if you arent "into pop culture", theres something for everybody.

Very good selection of books, movies and games, middling music selection. Nice atmosphere, organization leaves a lot to be desired, especially the music and movie sections which can be very hard to find things in. Used games are generally pretty overpriced, tending to be $5-10 more than what Amazon or Gamestop would sell them for, especially older games on current gen or last gen consoles. Otherwise an excellent experience.
