I love this place to search for a book or gift and definitely hang out in the cafe with a coffee and just relax. Their categorized sections are easy to search and they have a nice size graphic novel and manga section. They havent made a huge chunk of their store a vacant unusable Nook area like some other stores in the chain. They have a music section to the left, the Barnes and Noble cafe (serving Starbucks coffee, but also other yummy stuff Starbucks doesnt have like the quiche) in the middle, a toy section in the back right (with unique toys I usually dont see in a lot of stores) and a gift area in the front right corner. However, even with all that, most of the store is still devoted to actual books which I appreciate. Every employee Ive had contact with has been friendly and helpful. Even the manager remembers me and greets me like an old friend which I find really sweet. My favorite place to get lost in a book while drinking a latte.

We had an old Christmas gift that we never got around to return until today. It had a gift receipt, and were told by the front desk that the item could be exchanged for its original value of $20, but when we went to ACTUALLY exchange it. They said, "because this is from so long ago, we can ONLY give you the last price value it was sold for, which is $2." so that was some absolute bullshit customer service... We HAD A GIFT RECEIPT!! Maybe if it were more than 3 years, standard tax law, I would understand them not having record of it. Seriously though, EPIC FAIL on customer service!!!

Poor, over-crowded store layout, yellowing fluorescent lights and a weird selection of soaps, candy and other random merch. They also still have a "music section" making this store the very definition of anachronistic.

Cozy bookstore with friendly and helpful staff thats is a great place to read. My favorite store. Also, there is a very large selection of books, games, and magazines. I love this place and so come whenever I can!

A great location. Right by Starbucks (though, they have a starbucks coffee counter within) and Einstein Bagels. Grab a coffee, a book, and read out by Johnson Reservoir.

I love this Barnes and Noble it is huge!!! Really cool location, you can buy a book, grab a coffee at the adjacent Starbucks and take a walk around the park

The Book Sellers are always very attentive, the cafe has a lot of space and the drinks are well prepare. I love how friendly this Barnes & Noble is!

Who didnt love a real book. I can stay there for hours the selection is so large.
