It wasnt bad went there to get a car was approved didnt go back for the car and they called and asked if still interested I said ya got a car nice to, nothing wrong with it at all (Update so after it was explained the intrust it is high for 2 years I paid 10000 in payments and only 3000 was applied to the car itself and 7000 to the intrust Was told 60 dollars a week of intrust so out of a 250 dollar payment 130 goes to the car and the other half to intrust at that so get all the repairs u can use the power train which is lamo for me cause no 4wheel drive, dead wheels in the back so good luck!!!!!!!!) Im sure its everywhere else too But as I am Im 2 years deep with them drivetime/bridgecrest The car cost 20000 So I checked how much has been paid on for the two years I been paying, and it broke down to 6000 a year give or take with a total of 10000+ in payments so far and it says out of a total of 6000 for the car and in two years I have paid 3000 of it to intrust and it says the buyout price is at 16800 so that means I have only paid about 3000 to the car itself so far when the guy says I have paid 6000 Im trying to find out why they are not updating the gross on like credit karma where you will find the truth of what they put on the credit report So if u get a car from them check your payments and add them up every year find out the lamo intrust charges cause you will pay up to 6000 a year In payments and only really pay about 3 4 thousand a year to the car unless you have my luck which is at 1500 dollars a year at 24 payments 250 $ which needs to be explained and if the dealer says you can do anything to your car for a hundred dollars at any shop he is lying if you dont believe call ask for yourself thats what I was told so I got happy no more tuneup or any class maintenance on it and blam when I called they didnt know what I was talking about Call the actual insurance he is referring to before u believe it or get it in writing They do have nice cars but I dont think I will go back there I already looked into some other ones for another vehicle and was approved They are nice just wondering why the car cost 20000 paid 10000, 6000, on the car, 3000 in intrust And it says the buyout price is at 16800 which means out of the 10000 paid 3500+ has been paid to the car loan itself at 1500 $ dollars a year cant wait for the response from them there 3000 dollars floating around that has payment that I dont see it but it seems the main price aint dropping Also I counted the payment 43 have been made so out of 43 payments at 250$ for two years and the buyout price is not falling so check Your happy now but when you how much is actually paid to the car I dont know enjoy it well you are not paying attention if they can solve this I will delete it and give five stars but until this major problem is fixed So at 6000$ a year for 6 years how much is applied to the car itself last time I checked 6 * 6 comes out to 36for a 7 year old car which means the car adds up 36000 in total what the heck I signed for 20 and not 36 I was hard up so I am paying the price get a couple of credit cards even with a deposit on them might be a better commitment for a better deal down the road

When we walked in everyone was so friendly. Smiling, complimentary, nice to my family. What do you expect from a (used car) salesman. No Haggle means No Flexibility. I did some homework and when I told Andrew that the car I was interested in was priced 49% over Kelly Blue Book fair market value Andrew said "you cant really go by what Kelly Blue Book says". Are you kidding me?! Youre trying to discredit KBB. That brings your own credibility into question. By the way, KBB told me that recently, in my area, 122 people paid fair market value for that same car, 12 paid less than fair market value, and 4 paid over. When I asked for a second key, they didnt have one. When I asked for a drivers manual Andrew said, "Ill get on the internet and download one for you". Are you kidding me? Isnt that the most basic expectation when youre spending THOUSANDS of dollars (and just as much in interest!). And he still hasnt done it. Andrew - Do What You Say Youre Going To Do! You sent me an email asking for referrals but you didnt send what you were going to send. I would have been surprised if you did. Bottom line...if you have absolutely no option (my credit sucks) they will probably finance you. And they will smile in your face while they rip you off.

Ill admit, I walked into DriveTime a desperate woman. I just received and deposited the settlement check from my insurance, mourning the loss of my beloved beater car, and driving a really tiny rental car that needed to be returned. Anthony was the sales associate that was patient and climbed in and out of 6 cars with me, until I settled on "The One.", making him get off late. He handled it with humor and patience that I appreciate. When it came time to make the purchase, a snafu occurred with the down payment, forcing the purchase to be placed on hold. Ryan and Nick went beyond what they had to, to help fix the problem. While it was frustrating, they remained in constant contact to update me, and even though it took a little extra effort on my part, it was no where the effort that they put in to make the purchase proceed. In the end, I walked away very satisfied, and will most likely purchase from them again once the current one is paid off in full. Thanks guys! BTW the dogs LOVE the new car.

My girlfriend and I took the day to shop around for a car since our current one was about half way out the door. We were approached by Anthony, who was extremely friendly (unlike the other experiences we had at other dealerships). He just introduced himself and let us be to look around which we really appreciated instead of immediately pressuring us. When we found a few cars we liked we went in and everyone was extremely friendly. We spent a good 5-6 hours in there and they did a really good job at being patient and friendly. We spent a lot of time dealing with our insurance company and Ryan and Anthony did absolutely everything they could possibly to do to help us. We honestly had a wonderful experience just because the people that work there. I would recommend this place a 1000+ times for anyone looking into buying a car and especially if you have lower credit. Thank You All Again!! We couldnt be happier!

Salesmen was friendly ... other than that this place has been a disaster.... paid for extended warranty wich is all but uses .... had the truck a month... had to do plugs... risky buisness on a ford..... truck wouldnt pass emissions ... had to fix that myself as well as the warranty wont cover "maintanance" items......then we had weather... my interior was soaked..... and its running in around the headliner and trashing the interior...... soooo when it rains or snows I know what I have to look forward too... then the tray blew up.....that the warranty covered... cant drive the truck at night as the dome lights stay on unless you punch the dash then they will go off for a minute or two.... the warranty wont cover it.... now its missing again... and there is some thing wrong with the trans..... DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE....!!!!!!!!! DONT DO IT..... ITS BAD NEWS.... AND THEY WILL RUIN financially
