The experience here was great. The staff were friendly and they helped me out quite a bit. I was helped by Lisa. She actually let me take the vehicle a day early while everything was figured out with the bank and she gave me a few dollars from her pocket for gas because the vehicle was nearly empty. The vehicle I bought was a 2007 Ford Explorer XLT v6. The vehicle is in great condition considering, it does need an alignment, the radio display does not work and the power outlet needs to be reattached but everything else seems to check out. The only big complaint I have is that the windshield looks like it was sandblasted. The vehicle could have been more clean on the inside but it wasnt too bad. Just a couple collections of dust and a little bit of other stuff in the hard to reach places. The outside could have also been more clean however I understand that it was sitting outside in the lot getting rained on so it wasnt a big deal. At the time of this review I have been driving the vehicle to and from work, I live in Arvada and work in Centennial so Im putting a little more than 60 miles a day on this thing right now, and it has done great so far. The snow storms we had have been no issue. I definitely recommend Rock Auto if you are looking for a cheap and well taken care of vehicle.

What separates a great dealership and a bad dealership is how they handle unforeseen problems. I bought a car here and the check engine light came on the first day I brought it home. Thats potential for buying a lemon from a place that doesnt care and the deck was stacked against them simply because my car had an issue so soon. But they were incredible. They werent just worried about the car passing emissions and dumping it back on me, they wanted me to love this car and they wanted to fix everything and make sure it was running completely. When I had 2 cylinder misfires, they could have replaced two spark plugs and send me on my way, but they didnt. They replaced everything they possibly could for a misfire issue . . . on every cylinder, not just the misfires. Then when they had replaced everything they could with dealership parts they let me know that if anything else happened with this system, the dealership already said they would take care of it. What was scary because of the feeling that I might have been taken advantage of, quickly turned to comfort with the care they had for me, my family, and the vehicle they sold me. They stand behind their cars! Thanks Rock Auto! The mini is running beautifully!

Integrity, honor and trust are rare commodities these days. But I testify, we found them at ROCK AUTO. Car dealerships often are given a bad rap (sadly because most have deserved it). Car buying is normally a stressful, frustrating experience. However, I have never been treated so well. The team there make it a pleasurable experience. They are professional, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I rarely do reviews, but ROCK AUTO deserved to be acknowledged for their sincere care about their customers. Lisa, Jack and John are an amazing team who work for each customer on an individual basis and needs. Dean, the owner, is totally invested in making every customer satisfied. For me, he made the impossible actually possible. We are eternally grateful and Id give them 10 stars if the option were there. We highly recommend ROCK AUTO to anyone looking to buy, or needing service on, any vehicle. Should be rated #1 in car dealerships in Colorado.I love my new car

Lisa Blair is amazing! I am a first time buyer with not great credit, even so Lisa got me approved on my own but because of my credit the interest rate was extremely high. Lisa not only helped me convince my mom to help me and co sign for me, she got me a ridiculously good interest rate thanks to my moms amazing credit and Lisa staying late to make sure everything went smoothly. Buying a car can be a really horribly stressful experience but buying with Lisa and her wonderful team was a really awesome fun experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car from a really great group of people! When it comes time to replace my boyfriends truck we will definitely be back!

Do not waste your time. This place just wants your money. The people who own this dealership are dishonest. The vehicle I bought wasnt perfect they told me it needed one thing. I wasnt worried about. Got the vehicle home not even 3 days or 300 miles later the tranny blew. Talk about a major fix. They were refusing to give me my deposit back even tho I had to tow the vehicle back to them. They lied on my application for financing because the lady stated she didnt want to redo the paperwork. It was a major mess. Hope no one else gets screwed from them like I did.

My husband John has been helping our granddaughter find a car. They spend lots of time driving all over looking at used cars, meeting the owners and finding the cars not what they expected. Then they met David at Rock Auto. He is great, they had a few cars that fit her range. One of the cars was still be worked on, once it was ready David called John when he was out test driving it with the mechanic. Great car. Our granddaughter now has a new car. We highly recommend Rock Auto and David is the best!

thanks rock auto. love my nissan xterra . was great working with them look all over denver for a 4x4 in my price range saw a few here on this site .went down the next day. saw my xterra it was just out of the detail shop that morning . . test drove my xterra and a couple other 4x4.s went to lunch . came back and got my nissan xterra . i know if i had waited one day that 4x4 would have been gone. allready put over 2000 miles on it . thanks for everything .love my 4x4

I loved my experience there. I was looking for a vehicle for myself and didnt know what to choose. I looked around and test drove a lot of vehicles. After looking and shipping around I found what I wanted. Everyone was so polite and very organized and willing to help every chance they got. I was in there 3 days in a row looking at different vehicles and I was glad to have them help me out! I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family as well as to anyone reading this.
