Will not shop here again was with my sister-in-law shopping today (Im Caucasian she is Panamanian looks African American most assume)and i have been in thst store many times without her and never was followed. Thay followed her and then the both of us when they realized we were together through the entire store the whole time. I am highly upset at the assumption that they had the audacity to think we were going to steal from their store. I will be contacting Garry Rickart in the morning to advise of this situation and to state i will NEVER EVER shop their again and go back to King Soopers to shop. It is sad that we still have this type of stereotypes going on. I am so disappointed that this prejudice is still occurring in 2017. I am beyond dismayed and disbelief that this is going on and it is embarrassing and I am ashamed that I brought her into that store. I will address this as indicated above with the store manager and if no resolution is meant according to my satisfaction I will do my due diligence to escalate to corporate! I advise anyone who encounters such action anywhere whether its against you or someone you know or dont know to speak out in reference to that!!!!

Berenice was very rude and ignored me completely while their systems were down and she was informing people they would calculate your items and take cash which I had when I walked up to her to ask her a question she totally ignored me and started talking to another gentlemen instead I stood there patiently waiting my turn then when they were done talking she just walk away totally ignoring me. Not cool! I work in customer service and I acknowledge every one of my customers even if its to tell them I will be right with them or Ill be with them in a minute.

I just walked in there to order a cake for my childs birthday and was confronted by a very very rude employee. She was not willing to help me in anyway shape or form. Because they couldnt make my cake on time ( you have to order 48 hours in advance) she started suggesting to me when I should have my daughters birthday party. She was flat out rude I am shocked that Safeway would hire such an employee. I will never walk into that Safeway again I will now shop at King Soopers exclusively!

Well three days ago from today my mother took me to the Centerplace Safeway to buy me and my wife groceries. Today I made burgers only to find out the never before opened buns have mold all over them!! And the expiration date on the package was "smudged" as in unable to read. Today as well my wife found that one of those fruit cups she loves had several berries with some type of mold/fungus covering them!! She is very disappointed to say the least. I on the other hand am very pissed off.

My dad and i went in just to get lunch ( chicken fingers and fries ) the lady who was working in the deli and older blonde lady was very rude and snippy with us, just because you have a bad day doesnt mean you need to be rude and angry with a customer, will not be going back. all we asked was a simple question if they had any fries ready and she respond back in a snotty attitude, most safeway employees are nice but lately not so much.

Yep I agree with Kita B., back when they were still Safeway, now they are Alberstons if I remember right; Anyway they were pretty rude, condescending, like Im better than you type of thing I do not know why they do that. Anyway I stopped going there just because of that. Now they are owned by Albertsons and so far so good. but then again I go in and come right out now; so who knows other than regulars who shop there.

Store is great pharmacy is trash Ive gone to multiple other stores and they would take my insurance not a problem take my insurance to this safeway and were jumping through hoops to just pay for it with cash on top of that she said it was gonna be 20 bucks ended up being almost 40 take your pharmacy need a someplace else but if your looking for grocery by all means go to safeway

Rude seafood employee refused to get us fresh seafood out of the case because "the same thing is in the freezer". If Id wanted frozen food, I wouldnt have gone to the seafood case to begin with! Then, she was condescending on top of it. Wont shop here again!

Love shopping here in the morning. The store is always clean, they have sanitizing wipes available at the entrance and they have a wonderful variety. One of my favorite parts is large selection of fresh produce where you can buy a whole fresh jackfruit!

Nice store with everything you need from flowers to your morning Starbucks. People are nice if you are nice to them, so smile. After all getting groceries means you are getting ready to have something to eat and eating good food makes you smile.

Store has fallen off, used to be the best grocery store in town. Lack of cleaning, stocking, organization, and rude staff have led to the decline over the last 5 years. Sad, this used to be a great store!
