I will never buy another part from this autozone and I reccomend that anyone who does not want their money wasted buys their parts from somewhere else. I had my alternator order from this autozone they sold me a faulty one I had to pay for the work for it to be removed and replaced the first time and I had to pay for it to be removed to replace the second time due to their faulty auto parts and when my mechanic tried to file a claim to have the unnecessary work due to their not working part covered they denied hit in force me to spend $600 having alternator replaced. The worst customer service guys ever to top off the non working items they sell that they apparently do not cover.

I dont like writing bad reviews but my experience was pretty dismal. I went in to purchase some OEM replacement spark plugs for a HEMI 5.7. Sounds pretty simple right? I ended up buying all 16 spark plugs they recommended at 3x the price, later to find out that they voided the warranty, and were not OEM replacments after speaking with Dodge. I called back very upset that their system was incorrect, but the store manager wouldnt do anything to make it right. Also, this purchase was reviewed by THREE different techs, one of which didnt even know the amount of spark plugs I needed. I will not be going to any AutoZone in the future if the cant even get an OEM spark plug correct.

I went into this Autozone to check my battery and get it charged if need be. Thomas was ignoring the customers as he was chatting with a man about the town. I left my battery there and came back in a few hours to pick it up. However it was NEVER charged because they say it was leaking. When i took it in there it wasnt. I WILL NEVER USE THIS AUTOZONE AGAIN.

Super slow and then they still cant give you the right parts you have to keep going back 3 times for brake pads ,2 times for rotors 2 times for plug wires you think with the computer right there in front of them they could get it right

Very poor customer service. 4 guys working, 1 guy at the register. Line was getting longer, phone was ringing for 10 minutes straight, no one was answering. I was next in line and had to walk out after 15 minutes of standing there.

Very helpful made sure that I was set and took the time to teach me how to make the repair on my own. The employee Taylor really went above and beyond making sure I would have my charger functioning for my long trip today

This is definitely one of the more busy AutoZone so on this end of town which is good because the people who know their stuff at this location and are always happy to help.

Staff needs some retraining as to customer service handling. Usually busy, in and out is a problem as they are usually minimally staffed.
