Any time I needed anything for my car, this was the place. I actually work next door which is convenient. Since I am a woman... I feel very unsafe parking behind the building especially at night, so I park on the side for extra safety. However, they appear to have a strict parking rule despite ANY signage posted anywhere such as: AutoZone Parking Only, Authorized Vehicles Only, AutoZone Customer Parking Only, etc... Thus making the spaces open to anyone. An employee of theirs thought it would be funny to write "Autozone Parking Only" on my window. I called them, VERY unhappy and using "bad words" :( and these clowns had the audacity to deny it. I have photos! If I wanted to I could press for vandalism. Instead of giving me dirty looks when I walk by you could have had a mature face to face discussion with me about it and ASK me if I would mind parking somewhere else instead of parking where your company vehicles park. Then it is up to me whether or not I want to grant your request. You guys are grown men. Act like it! I definitely wont be spending any more money at your store after seeing this level of maturity from your employees.

Horrible. Purchased a transmission solenoid from them and ended up needing to replace the entire transmission, so I went to return the product in its original unopened sealed plastic packaging, they refused to allow me to return the product for a refund of any type. Store policy is that they dont allow returns of any electronic devices even if they are unopened and unused. Just go to Orielys and save yourself the headache. POOR customer service, he even stated "If I lose you as a customer, well then I lose you" . Suckers missed out on a 2000.00 transmission sale. Dont go here!

I went to ask for check engine light and the store is. no one on it just hunging no one even is working ask to turn engine light off and the girl work today 09/13/2017 at 12:00PM mountain time she mean and try to argue with client , she get pay to fight with client ,never I will go back buy from autozone thanks god for Oreilly and Napa from now on , autozone. Better show that emplyee the door before loosing more business. Good luck

Not bad, iv been here a few times, some things are cheaper sometimes they just got that one weird part there. I like how if you need to order a part they dont make you pay for it before they order it like OReillys. Thats pretty cool. Little things. Havent had any problems or drama. Its a parts store.. nuff said

I called ahead to this place and was told that they had high temperature sealant. Upon my arrival it turned out that they didnt have it! August 30, 2017. I have gone to this place in the past and had satisfactory service, but this time that was not the case.

Seem to have everything you need. And if you cant get something they could get it for you the next day. Which is always nice. They always have a great selection of tools to rent and have them in stock about 99 percent of the time which is great
