I just came here for a quick thermostat, gasket, and a socket. On a Thursday at 11am. 4+ people working. I ask if I can make sure a socket can fit. I try one and then have to try another but the employee wants to go with me this time. I understand that they dont want anything stolen. After he unsuccessfully helped me, he says "I cant keep coming out here every 5 minutes..." I just left without buying anything and Ill just hope that OReilly or Advanced Auto cares a little more. Good customer service Napa. Keep it up! Good thing OReilly is right across the street!

After years of going here, I wont go back. The service has gone downhill, and they charge more under the illusion they have better stuff. When my brakes wore out in less than 18 months, I took them in to redeem the lifetime warranty. Turns out this Napas friendly customer service got pretty snide, and all the data they collect at the point-of-sale is for their own marketing purposes and definitely not to help out their customers who may misplace a receipt after almost a year and a half. Same brakes and rotors were about $50 less across the street.

Stopped in this morning to have my alternator checked by Josh and he deemed it good according to the machine, but when we tested it on my truck it failed and he would not honor the lifetime warranty that I paid for. Put a brand-new battery and it drove it this afternoon and it killed this battery and had to have $180 toe to another Napa corporate up north and they took care of me just by looking at it on the truck and testing it after it failed. to say the least Havana auto-parts is not reputable.
