The store is fine with lots of great deals. My concern is the extremely rude small asian woman who served me at the cash register. No greeting, just yelling in an incomprehensible manner which made it that much worse. I came to return a product and purchase another instead. This person (Pho I believe shes called) start ranting, "You returning this? You fill out this!" She slammed a pad and pen on the conveyor belt expecting me to fill out the return slip. All the other customers where shocked at her behavior as well. Then she barked instructions on how to return my money which I didnt understand. I had enough and called the store manager. This type of customer service is the worst kind and completely unacceptable.

Natural Grocers is a great chain, but this location needs help. The same products are there, and the product quality is as good as other locations. But the store itself is run-down and dirty. Its just plain worn out. The restrooms are nasty. Again, not from lack of work on the part of employees, but theyre just worn out. The entire store needs to be gutted and redone. This is the location closest to us, and in the nearly 5 years weve been going, there has been a steady succession of managers. The employees are great, though, and always helpful.
