I would frequently shop (and refer friends) at Vineyard Wine Shop for their unique and local selection. I recently went in and asked what was available from Grand Valley. The employee looked at me like I was crazy and asked "where?" I told her Grand Valley, Colorado and she told me that they dont carry wine from "there." I was disappointed in how she responded to me and that someone from Colorado would not at least be able to talk to me about Grand Valley Wines. Sad to part ways with a not local store.

My husband and I stopped in to The Vineyard to pick up a couple of bottles of wine for a wine and cheese party. The first thing I noticed was the large selection of great wines for $15. So many wine shops are overpriced but not here. I was asked if I needed assistance and I asked for helping finding a red wine. The wine that was recommended was delicious. This is a great wine shop. Clean, helpful and great prices.

This place is truly a gem in Denver. The most amazing wine selection in the city. Not only that, but the owner, Rich, is a wealth of knowledge. He can also find anything youre looking for. I would recommend just deciding what youre eating for dinner, go in and speak to Mark or Rich and just ask them to choose your bottle for dinner. Youll never be disappointed.

If you need to impress someone really badly - go here they will help you find exactly what you need! personally I come in and describe what I am making after my whole foods visit and never second guess a recommendation made by ANY worker. They are one of the only shops that can get and carry high end products - just dont be snobby
