Get a new sales team! Customer experience should be #1 priority. I don’t care how much of a selection you have; I have taken my business elsewhere. If I didn’t have the numerious other choices in town I would even order online before ever returning to this store. I went into to check if they had the seasonal angry orchard (cinnful apple). After checking the obvious location and not even seeing a price to hold the spot of an empty location I continued to wonder the store for HALF AN HOUR! About 15min into looking in various spots I decided to continue to walk around to test the customer service. After 15min of that I decided to go up to customer service and ask for help. At that point they somehow managed to take ignoring to a new level. I literally stood there at the counter while three employees chatted and stood around. Finally one employee nods to me and asks if I need help. Mind you, he didn’t even approach me; he stood about 20ft away and shouted if I needed help. I asked if they had any Cinnful Apple, at that point his coworker turns to him and says he didn’t think so. That was the END of the interaction I had with the employees of Total Wine. I stood there at customer service for another minute in complete awkwardness waiting to be addressed on the status of my inquiry. I set down my other items and walked out without having any other interaction. By far the most awkward and frustrating customer/employee interaction I have EVER in my life experienced. At one point it crossed my mind that I might be on some type of hidden-camera show. I was not, it was just really really poor customer service.

Had great service renting a keg at first, but it went downhill from there. We got one pitcher out of the keg and then it wouldn't work. We called and they confirmed that it was a defective keg but told us to bring it back as all they could do was replace it. Anyway, an hour and a half later when the keg returned there were very few beer drinkers remaining and the keg we paid about 80 dollars for ended up providing us with 10 or 12 beers total. After hearing this story the manager, Terry I think they said, literally asked us, "so what do you want," then proceeded to tell us that a $20 gift card was the only "fair" solution. The experience started great, but ended as a nightmare.

My experience was a VERY positive one. I went looking for something new to try in a red wine and selected one on my own from the wall of staff recommendations. A sales associate approached me and asked if I needed help and I decided to ask him if he could recommend another red I could try that would be more for drinking alone than with food. Much to my surprise, this young man intelligently spoke about the wine he suggested and I tried it. It was quite good and I was pleased with his selection. Reading other reviews posted here, I can agree that in years past, their customer service was lacking. My recent experiences have been very good and the customer service has been excellent.

HUGE selection on everything from beer to hard to find spirits. Lots of knowledgeable floor staff to assist and provide feedback without being overwhelming or annoying. Their prices are very competitive (a brand name popular spirit that runs $32-37 in a grocery or drug store is $22 everyday pricing at Total Wine). And if youre in a hurry, you can search their website for your item(s) and it will tell you which aisle, and where in that aisle you can find it. Then save the items to your shopping list on their website to further speed up your trip!

I was already turned off by this s**ithole my first visit there. This time I called to see if they had my favorite seasonal beer, Stones Imperial Russian Stout. I was told they had it after waiting on hold. I drove to the store in the atrocious Tucson traffic, only to find they had lied to me. This is why I called in the first place. Their prices are a little cheaper than BevMo, but the quality of service shows why.

This place sells the most epic Scotch on the planet. Grangestone Scotch. They have like 4 different types of it. I have yet to have the 1977 a $299 bottle but it is on my short list of the next Scotch I will buy. The 21 year a $80 bottle is to die for and even there 15 year is delicious. They have an elusive contract with Total Wine so this is the only place you can buy it. 10/10 would drink again.

We enjoy shopping here. Excellent variety, helpful and friendly staff. We travel full time to different parts of the country and like to visit Brewery Pubs. When we find beers, we would like to enjoy at home, we can find them here at Total Wine. Also...we sure like placing our order on line at your website, pay for it and pick it up! Thank you!

If you know what you are looking for and where it is in this gigantic store then you are fine. They do have the lowest prices on the product they carry. I buy beer and whiskey here that is it. Wine, no way. If you like wines that have character and are naturally made so that they dont have health side affects, I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Huge selection of craft beer and wine. Truth perhaps too many. All the spirits youd ever want. Prices are typically less than grocery retailers with liquor depts. Except weekly wine ads at places like Frys and Albertsons. Big parking lot easy in easy out. The staff can be a little strident. My only complaint is their occasional attitude.

Im surprised by some of the other reveiws here. . . I went here to get the alcohol for my wedding and we had a wonderful experience! They had an associate come around the whole store with us and made recommendations and helped us the whole way. I also feel we got a fair price.

Always stop by when in Tucson. Never know what might be rare in Phoenix but collecting dust down here. Expect the same experience here that you get in any Total Wine... Make sure you ask what is behind the counter/allocated if you are looking for something special.

Came in here in and out within 5minutes the day before Thanksgiving and yes it was crowded but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Checked out cashier was friendly and overall the store was clean and I have nothing bad at all to say about this place.

Best prices in town. Clean store. Helpful and knowledgeable employees. I would give 5 stars, but they never have enough cashiers, the cashiers they do have dont have any sense of urgency, or show any motivation. This causes long wait times to check out.

I could write a novel on how great this store is!!! The prices are the best and the staff is quite knowledgeable and helpful. Ive consulted them numerous times when purchasing a gift where I wasnt familiar with the product.
