Ive had a great experience with BikeSource from the very start! Purchasing this bike was mainly my first experience with the cycling world. I’m a complete and total newbie and had no idea where to start. Marco was extremely informative and helpful… and very patient with my long list of questions. I’ve had arthritis since I was 5 years old, and have a lot of joint limitations and muscle weakness. Marco and one of your other team members truly made sure I found a bike best fitted to my needs. And what a difference it has made! Although everything has been new to me with cycling, the bike has been very comfortable and is a great match. I had previously purchased a bike from another local shop, but felt a little hustled into the purchase. My physical needs definitely weren’t taken into account. The experience I had with BikeSource was a 100% improvement in all regards. The other bike was returned, and I am so happy to be on my Specialized Secteur. THEN, I came in for a custom fitting with Andrew S. after a few weeks on my Secteur. It was a fantastic experience as well. Andrew spent lots of great time talking with me, checking my flexibility, mobility and body mechanics... then seeing how all of these factors worked with me on the bike. It was a lot of work, for both of us, but we ended up with a bike that fit like a glove. The technology that he employed for this fitting was astounding, too... top of the line. My rides since the custom fitting have been entirely improved. Im comfortable on the bike, and it feels natural to ride. I can focus all of my energies now on pushing my legs harder for speed and climbs. He turned my bike from a machine into something that is fun and feels amped-up to meet my own body mechanics. You can tell that he truly cares about the cycling experience and getting cyclists into a better place on their bikes. I am very grateful for Andrew... considering how much time I spend on my bike these days it is fair to say that he has improved my life. Thank you, BikeSource.

I was in the market for a new bike, and although Ive been a bike commuter all my life Ive never invested in a worth while ride.. so it was an exciting day for me! I stopped into bike source first because its only a few blocks from my house, and was shown a few bikes that met my needs and price range, but had my mind set on shopping around before making any decisions. I went to salvagetti, Turin, and campus cycles after searching for bike shops with the top reviews in the area. Bike Source was by far my best experience, hands down! I felt like the employees understood what i was looking for, and even though i wasnt in to spend a butt load on a high end bike, took the time and treated me just as well as if i was. I wasnt impressed with the selection i was shown at any of the other shops ](I had a budget of around 500$), but I left bike source on my first visit constantly thinking about the Vita which they had shown me. So I finally decided i had to get it, and when i returned to bike source the process of buying, fitting, etc was more thorough than I would have thought, and they have a lifetime service of tune ups which was even more convincing! The kicker to this whole experience was i took a customer survey after purchasing my bike and mentioned in my feedback i didnt realize when you buy a nicer model bike they didnt come with a kick stand (which is standard practice) i received and email from the manager offering to comp and install one for free to improve my experience. From the little things, like remembering my name when i came in the shop to the more important aspects like offering a great selection of quality bikes, i was sooo pleased with my choice to shop here and will continue to go back to pimp out my awesome new bike with cool accessories! Thanks for a great experience!

I was looking for a new road bike and visited several shops around the Metro area: big retailers; local spots; and some regional set-ups. I searched Craigslist, too. In the end, Im glad I went to BikeSource. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was helped just a few moments after walking in. They took time to fit me properly, too. These guys dont just do the "Hop on. Looks good! This is your size" that many other shops do. They measure seat height, arm length, and how the knee sits over the pedal in the down stroke. Clay was patient with my indecision, explained everything thoroughly, and offered advice without being pushy. His friendly service drove me to pick up a bunch of extra gear all in one trip. They even worked with me on pricing! I would definitely recommend these guys. I will most certainly be going back when its time to upgrade.

I have purchased 2 bikes here over the years, one being a high end frame-up custom road build and the other being a mid-range cross bike for my wife. The level of attention and detail was the same for both transactions - excellent. I have used their shop now exclusively for over five years after being disappointed by a multitude of other shops. Everything that comes out of their shop is done right, and tested, the first time. I hate to say this is rare among Denver bike shops. One local shop that did a custom Niner build for me was so dramatically poor in comparison that I never even went back for the free follow-up service that they offered. I would rather pay Bike Source and be sure it was done right. I used to drive all the way across town to have my service done here. It is worth it.

These people just want to sell you an expensive new bike! I figured someone working at a bike shop would just be excited to help someone get into biking...I was wrong! Went in because I had been looking into buying a used vintage bike and wanted some information about what things to look out for, sizing etc. I was up front with the person I talked to that I would not be buying a bike from here. He totally shut down all my questions, told me that buying a used bike would cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs and told me it was impossible for my untrained eye to notice anything that could be wrong with the bike then tried to sell me one anyway! Sidenote: I bought the used bike for $150 and only have about $100 in repairs...and even my untrained eye noticed the things that needed repairing

This BikeSource is awesome. Its a big store so they have a large selection of bikes and accessories in stock. Before testing out a bike, they have the mechanic check it over, which I thought was nice. Most bike shops just adjust the seat and send you on your way. This BikeSource location actually checked to make sure everything was working properly on the bike and that all of the bolts were tightened. One thing that I hate about most bike shops is that the staff tends to be condescending if you arent a bike guru. I never got that impression at the Colorado Blvd BikeSource. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I live in Highlands Ranch, but Ill continue to drive out of my way to shop at the Colorado Blvd BikeSource because of the excellent service.
