I am so thankful to have a shop like Treads in our small town. The owners are very proactive in our community trying to get bike paths in our town and they also did great work on my bikes. I have had them do some over all maintenance on my families bikes and they have always done a great job. However they really went over the top when they came through for me with a gift for a young girl who was homeless with her mother. We had a bike in our garage that had been taken apart by my husband and son in order to paint it. It sat in pieces for a few years. I had heard about a young girl that would really love a bike and Treads employees graciously put it all back together for me, even replacing a few parts for free so that I could gift this bike. The owner and employees are caring and professional and I would highly recommend taking all your bike need to them.

Great place to do business!!! My wife and I have visited Treads in Brighton several times looking for the new bikes we wanted. finally when it came time, we rode several different bikes at there location trying to find the right one. after deciding on which bikes to get, Johnny ordered one in a different color for me. It came in and I picked it up. went for a bike ride the next morning and was not satisfied with my choice. With Treads 30 day trial period, I was able to take it back and exchange it for a different one! Now I am a truly satisfied customer!!! Wonderful staff, Great choices on bikes and accessories too! They also have a 5 year maintenance program with the purchase of a new bike that includes a free checkup on your ride once every winter! Hard to beat that deal! Very pleased with this Business! simply put: fantastic. this is the kind of bike shop you want in your town. i landed at DIA with my bike in a Scicon travel case, and the baggage handlers for United really treated it badly. the handlebars were knocked off center, the right shifter was knocked off center, and i was worried there might be some damage i couldnt see. i googled Treads, showed up out of nowhere, and they had my bike up on the stand 2 minutes after coming in the door. they did a safety check-- made sure everything was aligned, no cracks, wheels true, etc., all free of charge. a wonderful experience! thank you!

We are from out of town. My fiance went to buy my son a trek and he had explained to someone what we were doing here and what we were into and all she said was, well, okay let me know if you need anything and just walked off. She wasnt even listening. Didnt offer to help find the right bike or what they had for us to look at. Because of the service we did not buy the bike. Other than that I loved the bike shop. I liked the floor boards and how theyre bikes were set up!

I have taken our bikes in to this location for complete tune-ups and also for quick tire replacement and they provided great service on each visit. They fixed the tire ( stem broke off) while I waited and were very prompt. Its great to have a high level bike shop in a small town like Brighton.

Stopped in at 10 am for a bike part (brakes for a Mongoose.) did not have parts but ordered them and the store picked up my parts the same day! I literally had the parts I needed in less than 7 hours. Absolutely amazing! Support this small town business...they are a delight.

Ive only been here two or three times, but I think theyre pretty great. Ive been looking for a local bike shop anywhere near me that I trust. Havent had much luck with a few around town. Ive had nothing but excellent service from these guys, so far. I highly recommend it.

I dont like to buy equipment for my bike from online retailers, so I always go to local bike shops, especially since they have everything I need for about the same price. I was greeted with warmth as soon as I entered this store. They were really helpful and personable.

My favorite bike shop. Ill drive out of the way to come here exclusively. Theyve loaned me parts to get me on the road while waiting for ordered ones to arrive, and always have great advice and tios, and Johnny is the best when it comes to bike service and expertise

Good people, However just 45 minutes after using my credit card in their shop, someone used my cc number and tried to charge my credit card for 1300 dollars at a Pueblo bed bath and beyond. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!!!
