We purchased a new Giant bike there and took it back for warranty work and the free tune which came with the new bike purchase. When we inquired about having one of the broken shifters being repaired/replaced , Nick (store Mgr) blamed us for the shifter breaking and refused to even discuss it with us. Nick stated we must have broken it (even though there was not any signs or damage/scratches on the handle bars, brakes or shifter knob. We even offered to pay the wholesale cost of shifter, so it didnt cost the store any money. The only thing they wanted was to charge us for an item which should have been covered under warranty. When we purchased the bike and overpaid for it, I justified it by "supporting the small local business in Castle Rock" and buying in the community. But since the Country Pedaler customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, I would like others to learn from my experience and shop/support the other local bike shops and please DO NOT SUPPORT THE COUNTRY PEDALER! My wife and I have been in twice thus far. Once for a trailer for our daughter and once for a new set of tires for my bike. The service was absolutely outstanding. We worked with Nick on both occasions and he took a lot of time with us putting together the trailer which allowed us to really inspect it before we decided to purchase. My first ride on the new tires was spectacular. Installed quickly and professionally. Very engaging experience. Thank you Country Pedaler! No more big box store stops for our family.

Great local shop in the town of Castle Rock. Alex and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient helping my family purchase 3 mountain bikes over the period of a couple weeks. Leave the big box stores behind and enjoy the outstanding service and great prices of a terrific local bike shop. In addition, any bike purchased at Country Pedler enjoys free basic tune-up service. Located in downtown Castle Rock and feet away from many great trails. Make sure to stop by and give them a try.

These guys are awesome. I took my six-year-old daughters bike there to get refurbished for my four-year-old. They did a great job - literally transformed it with new tires and tubes, new grips, little streamers, a sunflower ... and my youngest is thrilled. It looks like a new bike. These guys worked hard, let her watch, and got it done right away. They have a new family of customers, for sure.

Country Peddler is not just another bike shop. They have a lot of expertise about their industry and I wouldnt go anywhere else for maintance.Just today I needed my new bike rack installed.
