I can say that this is one of the best bike shops I have been to. The crew is some of the nicest people to talk to about cycling in general and have given me a lot of advice about fit and riding in general and it really has paid off. I am a really tall guy and have long legs that have made finding a bike my size in the model I want difficult. I was really impressed by the size of the store and the selection. Not only did I find my dream bike there, I got a good price on it too, which made the boss happy (my wife). I have always had a problem fitting on a bike just right and this created back pain in a couple of spots. After discussing with Tom, who helped me find the bike, he suggested getting in for a proper fitting. I was hesitant to spend the $250 plus any new parts required as I nowhere near a pro rider. I dont race. I just like to ride a lot. Well, I have in after a couple months of thinking about it and it was completely worth it. Most of my pain on long rides is gone. The guy who fitted me, Blake, did a great job and was and all around super nice guy. The bike feels like it is molded to fit me and its actually easier to go further than before. I dont notice any power increases or anything but endurance did some how. Might have made my power more efficient. My experiences have been so good that I really cant say enough about this shop. I have referred a couple friends to this shop just this week. It has also influenced me to write my first review on Google ever. :)

This shop has generally been good to deal with. For example, I needed some risers for TT bars. They didnt have the kind that I needed but they had some misc ones laying around so they gave them to me for free to try out. That was very nice of them. The risers didnt work, but, it was nice of them. My most recent experience was pretty much a fail. I needed to have them order a small part ($1.99) from Specialized. At first they looked to see if they had any in the store, they didnt. They even checked one of the bikes of the floor and said that the part that I needed was missing from that bike as well. I asked them to go ahead and order the part (they obviously needed it as much as I did). The person that I talked to said that they couldnt order it over the phone. I would need to come in and pay for it first, they wouldnt even allow me to pay for it over the phone. The shop isnt convenient to me so this was a problem. They said that I could order the part on their website. They gave me the shop SKU for the part. I went to the website and let me say, it is far from intuitive how to locate a part using the shop SKU on their website. After about 10 minutes of searching, I decided that it was ridiculous to spend more time trying to figure out how to give my money to this shop. I called another shop and they ordered it for me over the phone right away, without any issues. I was very frustrated with the service that I got at Bike Source.

After using many bike shops over several decades for service, parts, clothing, and bike purchases, I decided that BikeSource was where I would buy my next bike simply because their service department is top-tier. I narrowed my bikes down to 2-models in late January and called to store to see if I could compare the two models side-by-side. My sales person Melanie said that she would have both bikes ready- at my required sizing- ready for me to compare and she did exactly that. The store is yards from a great smooth & hilly bike path as well as in a very broken, cracked & pothole filled parking lot (they should never repair this- this is how you test and compare compliance & comfort in a bike frame!) that I tested both bikes on for over an hour until I was settled on my favorite frame. They didnt have my exact bike- but they found it and had it shipped to their store. The day I picked it up, I also scheduled (and HIGHLY recommend) a comprehensive fitting on their ReTul machine. Working with Blake was amazing and the hours it took was well worth it because I took home my new bicycle- fit to my body geometry & riding style to the millimeter- and I have never been happier. I have not had to move or adjust anything since and LOVE my new bicycle! My riding mileage has increased 2x from previous years and my goals are to race next summer. Thanks BikeSource- I am a fanatical customer for life!

I have been frequenting the BikeSource store at County Line in Littleton for at least seven years now.I have to compliment the manager Bob Copeland and all his employees as they always seem to go the extra mile to meet my needs and answer my questions on gear and components. I have bought bikes there for myself, girlfriend and even my mom. Also, have recommended the store to friends without any complaints. Most folks have returned after their first visit in the store as I see them there and catch up occasionally. Dan and Steve, bike mechanics along with the rest of the mechanics are top notch and recommend best practice first and then will work with you on what will or might not work due to compatibility issues. I have frequented several bike stores in the area and some of them are very good as well but as an overall store with excellent personnel BikeSource gets my vote!

I am a regular shopper at this bike Source store and was excited to see that you were out at the Elephant Rock ride this weekend. My wife was having significant difficulty with her seat and we stopped at the Bike Source tent to get the seat adjusted. One of the mechanics was happy to help but the other one was very rude. I dont know what store he works at but he was the only one wearing a leather work apron. We asked for some advise on positioning the seat to decrease my wifes pain. His response was "ride More." I assure you we ride enough- about 100 miles per week. The last thing someone wants to hear when they are in pain is " Ride More". This was very upsetting to my wife and almost brought her to tears. I will be sure to share this experience with anyone who asks my opinion about bike source. You have lost two customers due to this mechanics rudeness.

This has been my go to bike shop for years, but I have definitely had my share of poor/mediocre service sprinkled in with the great service I get most of the time. Most recent example - I went in to purchase a new chain and asked if they could install it, which is a service they (and every other bike shop) typically does for a small fee on the spot. I dont mind paying for the service, but the response this time was that it would be 7-10 days!!!! before they could install it. It was busy season and they had 300 bikes backed up for service....or something like that. Well, I took my bike to another bike shop close by and was out the door 10 minutes later with my new chain installed. If you want a Specialized bike, then BikeSource is your store. For any other brand or overall service there are several options nearby that are better.
