this is an ok store, and i shop at this store as it is very close to where i live, some of the workers here are not very nice or helpfull. but a few select are friendly, but most of the workers dont know where any of the products are, they are also very understaffed here, and its always busy so be perpaired to wait, sunday is the busiest day that i have seen, also do not go to this store the day before a holiday, or you will be there all day. and be very weary as this store has a very theft theft rate, and you might get asked to show your recipt to one of the workers for them to check, as people have walked out with carts just piled full and did not pay for them.

Very rude! I asked a simple question about a price which was a pinny difference to the cashier, and she told the head clerk to do a price check. She went back and came back and told me in a very disrespectful tone of voice that the price was right after that I ask if I need to get the tag real quick so nobody would have to run back and get it. The attitude from the head clerk was like I was trying to steel hundreds of dollars of merchandise. I would have gone to my store in Brighton if I didnt have other things I had to do in the morning before work. This is by far the rudest experience from this particular store I have seen yet.

customer service sucks! not enough employees and the few people that work at this location are unfriendly and some are very rude! cant find most of the products i purchase on a weekly bases, so i end up wasting another trip to another store, just to get what i need, ive quit shopping at this location, will not be back, there are other grocery stores i can shop at! kind of hate it though cause i have to go further out of my way now to go shopping, this store is so close to where i live, but its not worth it going to this location anymore, this used to be a good store very sad its gone down hill so much!

The store is fine, but doesnt really account for customer demand. Especially the bakery department. They have a hard time understanding people who arent into that thick chocolate on their donuts. I have asked several times for the long johns with white icing and cream filling, only to find a dozen chocolate EVERY TIME I go in there. They used the excuse that they base it on demand. THEN WHY ARE THERE ALWAYS SO MANY CHOCOLATE ONES????? If you made more whites ones, theyd sell. For now, since NOBODY will take action at this store, I have to drive to the Federal Heights location to get this craving.

I went to the commerce city king soopers on 62nd Ave in the deli. They had gravy, mac ncheese and chicken but no mash potatoes. I asked the guy for some he tells me they are all out but why have gravy than. It was a quarter to 6. That made me upset because I had intended to have that for dinner. Poor customer Service. I feel he could have made more but was too lazy too do so. And I seem to always have an issue with the deli department. Every where else cashiers, bakery etc do a great job. But because of this Im giving 2 stars.

I went to buy my lunch a couple of days ago and I felt insulted by the ginger cashier. He let some one cut In front of me and when I asked him why he rolled his eyes at me ans continued talking to the other kid. The other person only had a chocolate bar and still took five minutes. When it was my turn he turned off his light and said he was closed. Very much displeased and hope they take him away from being a cashier and doing this to other people.

Customer service is very dishonest as well as the managers! I Cashed my check there and they gave me a fake $100 Bill and when I took it back she still didnt know what was wrong with it until I pointed it out to her. Obviously she is not able to handle money and not doing her job correctly by marking bills as they come. Now Im out money!! I would really like my hard earned money back! Not even the police could help me!!

I tried buying an over the counter cold medicine and couldnt because my 13 year old brother that was accompanying me didnt have an ID. The lady a the check out was cold about it too. Apparently you need to show your ID and whomever is with you as well. Also employees smoke right outside the entrance on the side. If you dont mind these things then this is your store.

Sept 20, 2013, Tried to call the number on their receipt, 303-f287-3419 and it is disconnected. How can you trust someone who cant get their own phone number right?? Or maybe they didnt pay their bill?? Everything else has been good there. Love having my bank in the store.

Absolutely terrible! Will never go here again. Not only did the bagger bag ONE item and then walk away to leave me to do it myself but there were employees yelling through the store at each other. Like what is wrong with you people. If I could give no stars I would.

As I work nearby, I shop here frequently. I have always found the service good and the employees friendly and helpful. The quality and prices are also good. The store is clean and orderly. I would recommend this King Soopers store.

Dont trust the salads. Im looking at my "lunch" which was supposed to be a Fresh Selections Fruit and Nut Salad Kit, half the lettuce is black and slimy and the whole thing smells bad. Such a disappointment not to mention a huge pain.

The organic section is dismal however I always enjoy it when I come here. The staff is always so incredibly friendly. I look forward to interacting with the people who work here. Such a different experience from other grocery stores.

Produce was horrible! Went to pick up some shallots and when I grabbed one, it was 100% mold! Gave up and went for oranges. They were all dried out and disgusting looking. Gave up on produce there.
