I stared shopping for my wedding dress in 2014. I live north of Fort Collins, I looked at serval bridal stores. I went to the bridal Collection after not finding anything I liked close to home. When I first visited I worked with Ricki, she was very pushy. After not finding a dress that day I found a Dress I liked online that the store didnt carry. I started working with Jackie, she was great!! She got a sample dress in for me to try one. I went and tried it on and decided to order it. When it arrived I went back in for my gown viewing and ordered me jewelry and veil. Jackie was so awesome!!! When it was time for my first fitting I had found out that Jackie had left, but would be working with Krystle. I went in for my first fitting and worked with Krystle and Abby. Abby pinned the dress to do the alterations. They sheduled my next and final fitting for 4 weeks later (2 weeks before my wedding). I had to take another day off work (since they dont do any alterations on weekends) When I arrived after another 2 hour drive. They informed me that they had not finished my dress!! But gave me a $10.00 Starbucks gift card and a pair of earrings to say sorry. Whey didnt anyone call me to say it was not done?? I tired it on again and the found out that it needed more altering in the bust area and the bustle was not right. So they told me they would give me a gas card next visit. So I did not get to take my dress home. I had planned to pick my dress up the day before my wedding. Good thing I decided to take another day off work and went there Thursday before my wedding only, when I arrived and tried it on, it still was not right. Abby assured me they were quick fixes and to go have lunch and come back. I went to have lunch and came back, Abby said she made minor changes and there was no need to try it back on. So I left being assured the dress was fine. When I got home and took my dress out of the bag, it was ruined!!! The bustle was not right, the sides of the dress were not right, beads were loose and falling off!!! I contacted them and they advised they would send a seamstress to my house to fix it. The following day Betsy came to my house, I put the dress on we looked at the things that needed to be fixed. She was unable to fix it at my house, So she took it home and fixed it! She brought it back to me at 9:00am the day before my wedding!! She saved the day!! I am so thankful that Betsy was able to fix my dress!!!!! It worked out in the very end. But it was stressful up until that point. Beware of having your dress altered here!!!

Ill start by saying that they worked with me when I bought my first dress, took it home, hated it, and came back to get a different one. They have a no returns policy and I will forever appreciate them working with me to get me the dress I wanted. The main problem with this place is that its huge and they just DONT care about you. At each fitting theyll blow smoke up your bum and tell you how pretty you look, but they wont take a discerning eye to how the dress looks on you and take care to ensure your dress is tailored flawlessly. I had no fewer than 4 fittings, and at all four the right hip of my dress was puckering. At the first three, I asked them to fix the puckering. The first time it got a little better, but the left side laid perfectly flat while the right still puckered. The next two times I asked them to fix it and they didnt. When I brought it up, they insisted they could "iron it flat." The fourth and final fitting was the day of my wedding and they "ironed" it again, or at least took it away for 2 minutes and came back saying they did. I put it on before my wedding, and long story short, I got married in an ill-fitting dress. Perfect on one side, puckered on the other. These guys just do not care and when all was said and done, they charged me over $800 for the sloppiest alterations Ive ever seen. The bra cup they sewed into the dress actually just FELL OUT 30 minutes before the ceremony. I had to secure it back in with a safety pin and then I spent all night checking my left bust to make sure the bra wasnt popping out or showing. It was terrible. They will stand there and make you feel like a fool for asking them to fix an obviously puckered dress. They will visibly resent you for making them do work, and will show it by not doing any of the things you ask of them, while still charging you an arm and a leg. All that REALLY matters is that Im married to the man of my dreams, but I would caution all of you to take your dresses elsewhere for alterations. Once they sell you that dress, all concern for you and how you feel is gone. Go somewhere else where they actually care about giving you a good experience. Thanks to them, I now cringe when I see pictures of my right side from my wedding day.

The Bridal Collection has been the best thing about my wedding planning so far. The consultant who helped me, Chelsea, was unbelievable! I couldnt say enough good things about them but read about my experiences and you can see why this is the place to shop! The first time I went to the Bridal Collection I came with an entourage of 6 people and no clue what I wanted. Chelsea helped me get through the first dresses and had no problem with the fact that everyone wanted to play dress up. I felt like I was being treated like a princess! When I came back the second time I had been shopping for 2 months, and had found nothing. Chelsea helped me accessorize and see the full potential of the dresses I loved. We got to know each other enough so the she could tell me if I would like dresses before I even put them on... and I trusted her! I am a terrible decision maker and Chelsea helped me feel so confident about my dress and decision. I wasnt expecting to buy when I went shopping that day, but I found the dress and I didnt want to take it off! My mom was on her way to see the dress and help me purchase it, but she was running late. The Bridal Collection stayed open late so that my mom could be a part of my big decision. Chelsea even took time to help me plan my wedding! Due to some unfortunate circumstances in our family we had to move our wedding up 6 months and re-plan for a local venue instead of a destination. Chelsea helped me with negotiation ideas and made a list of venues that matched my style! Because of the change in my wedding plans the Bridal Collection did everything they could to make sure my dress was in-time for my wedding. Beyond amazing and customer service, and great selection, good prices, and great services the Bridal Collection has a way to make you feel comfortable and special. You will leave feeling like a beautiful bride. I had the best experience and I know 4 other friends who did too! Everyone I know who has tried the Bridal Collection loved it. Thank You!!!!
