I bought my wedding dress back in April 2017. Ana greated my wedding party and I as we walked in. She was not very polite or welcoming. I described what kind of dress I was interested in. She brought me 2 dresses and said " there isnt much for you. In the price you are looking for." I tried on the two dresses she brought me (with no assistance from her), but she killed my mood. She made my wedding dress shopping experience horrible. Two of my bridesmaids whispered how rude Ana and the owner Linda were and instantly got up to look at more dresses for me to try on. Since they were not very helpful. Much to our surprise, they found several more dresses in my price range. I ended up finding a dress I loved, but was still very angry with the customer service. We didnt receive any Champagne toast for Finding my dress. Instead we were rushed to leave by Linda and Ana..... after the experience, we werent planning on returning but my bridesmaids found a dress that they loved. So, needless to say, we bought 6 bridesmaid dresses. These dresses are supposedly "custom" dresses. However, the maid of honor dress was the wrong color and all the dresses were to big for the girls. We were told they would be done begging to mid of July 2017. Yet, never got a phone call. I called and left several messages in July 2017. To check the status. No one would return my call. Finally "Lynn" who owns the alteration shop next door, called me back and said they received a box. I described to Lynn what dresses I ordered. I went to pick them up that day as I didnt want to take any chances. Bridal loft has beautiful dresses but terrible customer service. We now have dresses that will need serious alterations. Super frustrating!

We found this business from an internet search. I would highly recommend a stop at this place. Its a small, well ran business. It is conveniently located right off of I-25 & 84th street exit. They have done a very nice job upstairs in the loft. Its the perfect layout for trying on dresses and finding the perfect dress. Glass of champagne was awesome too! Vicki was excellent in recommending dresses for my daughter. We fell in love with 2 dresses at her place! The personal service is awesome!!! She was able to work us in on a short notice appointment. Never felt rushed. She was tuned in to finding the perfect dress & stay within our budget. Didnt try and up sale us or make us feel like we needed to spend even more. The quality of their dresses and the prices are very reasonable. We looked at other places that the quality of the fabrics and the lace and beading were not as near the quality as their dresses for the same money or even less! We liked the fact that we didnt just have a hired sales person that doesnt really know what they are doing. This small business knows wedding dresses and this industry and what looks flattering. Much better service than you get in most places. We found this to be a top quality place and a very well rounded business to shop at.

Love this place! I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses and got the most wonderful service! So much better than other shops that I had been too. From the start my consultant, Ashley, asked what I did and didnt like in a dress and what my budget was. While she was okay with my mom and I looking through the racks, we werent told to find dresses we liked that she would put in the dressing room. She pulled dresses that were in my price range, making certain I didnt fall in love with something I couldnt afford. When I didnt find what I was looking for, she then offered samples of dresses (normal retail was too high but as sample, the discount would work!) I found a dress that I really did love, unfortunately it didnt fit with the theme of my wedding so sadly I had to get my dress elsewhere. However, I would recommend that if you are shopping for a wedding dress, check out the bridal loft first! Great selection and the best service! Its wedding dress shopping the way it should be! Honest, beautiful and fun!

The experience of purchasing THE dress was great! I felt special, and my matron of honor and I received a special champagne toast when I said "Yes to the dress!" They also gave me a good price as it was a sample. My only complaint is that the shop is not communicative and does not return calls; the alterations department that the Bridal Loft recommends and is down the hall, Annabelles Alterations (Lynn), did a poor job of pressing the dress, returning my calls when I asked about it, and removing all of the little spots that they promised they would get out before I purchased it. For the most part, the spots went unnoticed by guests, so it was fine. I only was disappointed that I felt misled.

My cousin ordered a wedding dress there and it can in ad completely wrong dress. They reordered it, claiming it would be in within the month. Havent heard from them so she called to check in, no one answered after several attempts. Finally got ahold of someone who works there and apparently the owner disappeared and they wont let anyone come pick up there dresses now until they figure out whats going on our where the owner is. She doesnt even know if its the right dress because they wont let her come and see for herself. No time for her to find a dress somewhere else either now.

My experience at the bridal loft was fantastic. Lynda went above and beyond throughout the whole process. When I was looking for a dress she was helpful and very relaxed. Once I said "yes to the dress" she communicated with me to ensure I was in the loop on my dress and she put any fears about the process to rest. She also let me come back and show the sample to my family and helped me find the perfect veil and hair accessories. GREAT place to go with beautiful dresses and fantastic service.

Everyone was so great to work with, and they accommodated my needs very well. Everyone I met was friendly and personable. Lynn, who does the alterations, was quick to come over and help me see what changes my dress would need. I was able to easily get an appointment with both the shop and Lynn, and I really enjoyed my time at the Bridal Loft. The shop itself is incredibly well-decorated and will make any bride feel special.

Horrible customer service. Went in to get bridesmaids dresses staff wasnt very friendly or helpful. Said we would have dresses in two months called numerous times and left messages no response. Finally got a call from lady who doesnt even work there works next door sayin that the owner is MIA and are dresses are in but didnt know if she could release them to us. Finally got dresses but none of them are the right size.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They abruptly went out of business and left my daughter with no dress and less $1500 for here wedding dress. We were told to contact a lawyer who has not returned any calls. The receptionist at the lawyers office was rude stating she didnt know what was going on and to call back another time. WOW My daughter is heartbroken to say the least and out A LOT OF MONEY! DO NOT GO HERE!
