It would not be possible to exaggerate my disdain for this business in general, and Bonnie in particular. I am a bridesmaid and needed to order my dress over the phone since I am out of state. She scared me into ordering a dress size larger than I needed, citing that I could always take it in. The dress size she advised me to get was size 16, which happens to begin the up-charge for "atypical sizing." I am swimming in this dress. Not only did I pay extra because she duped me into buying an oversized dress, I am currently paying an additional $50 in tailoring. the reason the bride chose this business was because it was supposed to save us all money... Bonnie is extremely rude over the phone, which not only I, but four of the other bridesmaids independently said. She is the kind of person you do not want to give business to.

I called all over Denver looking for the best price for my bridesmaid dress and found that Bonnie Gowns offered a more competitive price. I called in my order and have had terrible customer service over the phone. They did not communicate about my ship dates and I had to constantly call to try and speak to a live person after leaving detailed phone messages. I felt uneasy the entire time because I was worried that my dress would not come. My recomendation would be to spend the extra money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for your own peace of mind.

Not only is she a thief!! She assumed I was getting my dressed altered through her ass soon as I called to tell her not too all of a sudden she said it was done. Oh and I couldnt pick it up cause invantory. What does that have to do w picking up my dress. She lied cause it was not ready. Then she messed up my bridesmaids dress and tells me at the last minute they didnt have the one I wanted. And she knew WAY in advanced what I wanted. Alterations are WAY OVER PRICED!! And she has a bad attitude worse customer service.

The owner is a hag! I was told that I was "cutting into another appointments time" when no one else was in the store but myself and the owner. Oh and the first question from her when I walked into the door was "are you going to buy a dress today?" Lastly, it was very hard to get anyone to pick up the phone when I tried to conact them in the first place. Trust these reviews girls!

She measured me and my friends for bridesmaid dresses and she ordered the wrong size for every single one of us... Now she is trying to charge us 60$ for alterations. One of my friends paid for the alteration and she messed it up.. Unbelievabley poor customer service should not even be in business!

Ive purchased both a bridesmaid dress & wedding gown from here. The prices were great--which is what sold me on them in the first place. But now after the headache of alterations, I wouldnt recommend at all. The Wedding Seamstress in Arvada has been my life saver!

Bonnie is an AMAZING seamstress! I bought a wedding dress from her, and she was able to recreate my dress to exactly what I wanted. I would recommend her for any alterations you need. She is very fast and efficient.
