I like the store and the products but as soon as you walk in the store you have this elderly man and woman (most likely owner of the store) they followed me and my 6 y.o daughter around the store as if we were criminals. I understand the location is not in the best of area but come on. When go now anything I grab I will show the older man what I have in my hands and that is not a way to shop. They are constantly breathing down your back as you shop and quite frankly this is insulting to me as a young professional. The only reason I go there is for the colored contacts. Does anyone know of somewhere else they sell them?

Great customer service! Ive been looking for a unit for months and was told by the manufacture that this store would have it. Im over 100 miles away in South Colorado Springs so I decided to call. Sure enough the owner confirmed he would have the unit in a couple days and would hold them for me. I called back to see if he could possibly mail them to me (save on the travel and just pay for shipping). He said yes! I paid over the phone and hes kept me posted the entire time on the status of my shipment. Outstanding Service!

The old man is very very very rude!!! I went in to buy a wig I always shop here because it is close to my house I swear I will never give them another dime of my money. He snatched the wig out of my hand and followed my to every wig I looked at and then told me do not touch the wig just look at! he got mad cause i was taking them off the Manichean to look and feel them WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

These people are rude and unabashed racist. They followed me around the entire time, I got so fed up I put down what I was going to buy and left! No business should ever make their customers feel like criminals! Please go anywhere but here! Bigots like these dont deserve pay customers.

I didnt listen to the reviews on here... Go somewhere else. There are plenty of beauty supply stores around the area that have better customer service. The people in here are rude and inconsiderate. Things are excessively overpriced anyway. Save your time and your money.
