Supply and demand means nothing to the business owners. I can never find the shade of hair that I am looking for. Yes its a popular shade...soooo...why not stock up? Ive been shopping there for years and watched the service and product take a nose dive. When your staff can go to lunch in the middle of assisting a client; theres a problem...when your staff can walk away and pass you to three other people; theres a huge problem. Its not getting any better so Im taking my business elsewhere. Gigis selection isnt as vast but the service is great and prices are better. I thought that African women could be helpful when it comes to our hair but Im finding more laze and ignorance than anything. How disgusting...I should have known from the way they wear THEIR hair and make up alone....

HORRIBLE STORE!!!! So my first visit to the store was horrific. This is a store that selling wigs, weave’s, hair products and jewelry. I went in excited to purchase my first wig. I have never worn a wig but was very excited. Well….The male that waited on me was rude, disrespectful and short. I didn’t purchase a wig. I left very upset. I wouldn’t spend my money in a store that treats customer with less than dignity and respect. Nasty customer service and to find out their prices are extremely high. Glad I didn’t waste my money.

Number 1 place to go for anything hair! They have good prices and a selection of good quality hair! The manager/store owner is so very helpful! Everytime I go their and I need help figuring out what hair I need he is always there to answer my questions. He knows a about the product he sells! Points you towards the right direction eveytime! Manager helps his customers very well! Live this place!

A tacky, hot mess!! Not unless I lived by here, with no car and no knowledge of other hair stores in the metro area. Over priced for most products, most of the staff is rude and uninformed about the products they sell. The two sistas in the back, knew what they were talking about. The rest, just "work" there. If you have the means to go elsewhere, then you should.

They have a wonder selection and wonderful knowledgeable employees. I have never been disappointed in the service. The products once or twice, however the manager/owner made it right. I will forever and always be a customer. I will highly recommend them to any /all people who ask me about beauty and hair care supplies.
