One of the worst pharmacies I have ever used in my life. They have declined rapidly the past few years weve used them and now the place isnt worth the time. Not a single one of the pharmacy techs or pharmacists has ever indicated that they give a single thought to helping customers or doing their jobs well. The best you can hope to get is the one girl who is at least polite, while the rest are surly and entirely unhelpful. They must also be chronically understaffed because they are seemingly unable to handle more than one customer every 10 minutes. Large lines will back up if more than 2 people need assistance and its typical to have just one person servicing all of these customers, often jumping between counter and drive-thru or not doing either and just typing crap into a computer for 10 minutes while customers stand around staring at them. We have filled numerous scripts that were not ready when we were told they would be, sometimes waiting 2-3 days to refill. They will also encounter occasional issues with filling a script and simply ignore it, never contacting the patient to inform them of this, just letting us wait around wondering. The level of incompetence at this pharmacy is incredible and seems to only get worse as time goes on.

It took this pharmacy over 4 hours to fill my prescription on Thursday April 16, 2014. Initially, I confirmed the receipt of my doctors prescription and was informed that they were busy but it would be maybe 2 hours but no longer. I did not want to hassle my doctor with another prescription to a different pharmacy and figured I would be patient. Three phone calls, and over 4 hours later. I picked up my toddlers prescription. No one expressed any concern to me that 4 hours was an unusually long time to wait for a prescription to be filled. Meanwhile my two sick toddlers (twins) were waiting for meds. I never realized that you had to shop around for a decent pharmacy. Avoid this place like a plague, no matter how close or convenient the location may be for you.

I am appalled at the way i was just treated at this location!! I have a well paying job, am dressed professionally with my work badge around my neck. I do NOT appreciate being a PAYING customer, just got off of a long day at work and then felt completely discriminated and disrespected against by whatever manager or cosmetics dept personnel was staring me down and following me while i shopped for f***ing tampons!!!!I will NEVER shop at this location again.!! And the girl at the register was even worse, frankly. Thanks alot for making me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Jerks!!!

Ive been to this Walgreens many times for prescriptions as well as general shopping. The customer service is usually pretty good and they have a decent selection of items. Id highly recommend the pharmacy drive-thru over standing in line inside as people have a tendency to ask questions inside which slows things down. The only criticism I have is that they dont always have their systems up to date so you need to really pay attention to make sure youre getting your discount or points.

I wish I could give no stars. Employees in the pharmacy are incompetent and ignorant. Im not quite sure how they are certified to handle medications. My daughters rx was typed clearly yet the pharmacist didnt know which kind of medicine. Then told me a story since Ive never filled her before he has to call the doctor to confirm the rx. Really? Weve been going to Walgreens for over 5 years! Never going here again!

The blonde girl in the pharmacy screwed up my prescription twice, I had to have my doctor call and explain the instructions to her line by line. After my 3rd time back, I didnt receive an apology or even a smile. It was a nightmare. Never going back!

I was assaulted by a customer at the checkout and the managers didnt call the cops, they just told us both to leave. I should have called the cops myself and sued Walgreens for being attacked on their property. This must be the bad area of town.

Ive been here about 10 times trying to pick up a prescription and every time they say they didnt get it from the Dr. I think I have spent 10-12 hours sitting in the chairs by the pick up window. I will be going somewhere else from now on

I go to this Walgreens all the time. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I have only had one bad experience where an employee was rude. Love the deals and the fact that it is close to my house.

Ive been so disappointed over the years with this store, Ive moved all but my Schedule II scripts to Safeway. Just plain rude. The location on Lexington is much more friendly and accommodating.
