Purple Rose

As of today I am officially no longer a customer of Sally Beauty Supply. The Cheyenne Mountain location in particular has horrible customer service!! I can always count on getting the cold shoulder at this store. I have been a paying customer of Sallys since I was in my early teens. I would go with my Mother who at the time was in Cosmetology school. Within the past few years I have noticed the lack of common courtesy, respect and integrity. I have been harassed, pushed aside or embarrassed simple because of the color of my skin. I am a working class woman who pays for all of my products. I shouldnt be boxed into a class of criminals who didnt pay for their items. Today I walked into the Cheyenne Mountain location that had 3 ladies that were very uninviting. One of them kept asking me over and over again if I knew what I was looking for. Please dont ask that question when you clearly had no intention on assisting me. You ladies sat at the register (all 3 of you) rolling your eyes. This seems to be the theme of Sallys employees here in recent years. I didnt even get all the products I was charged and paid for. I unfortunately trusted the integrity of the cashier and was let down. I was treated with no common courtesy at all. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Hello all, I am the new store manager of this location and it has been an experience. Coming from a smaller location to this one wasnt a cake walk. We have cleaned up and organized on more than one occasion, yes we have moved a lot around to make room for new and improved products. We apologize for recent experiences if they werent up to par, but we are making changes. We keep an eye on each customer as theft is high this time a year. Do not feel unwelcome, it is part of our duties. We are now focusing on customer experience and making sure all of your needs are met. We have been undergoing new training materials to benefit each and every customer. Please stop in and meet our crew. We look forward to working with all of you.

Low Stock- Always & rude people behind the desk. I will start making the drive up north, because its that bad. I have the option to go to Salon Centric as a licensed prof- but stop here because the price is good and its in a nice location for me. I dont expect 5 star customer service in a Sally Beauty Supply.....I dont expect you to go above and beyond to help me...Your not a salon, or a professional beauty shop- I dont expect you to have all the answers- but you do work here, and it is customer service so...Maybe let the attitude go? I hope your district managers read your reviews, because this location really needs some help.

I have been going to this location for years since it is close to my work. Today I went to get new gel polish, and one of the workers in the front told her coworker to "watch HER like a hawk, she is thieft potential." When I asked if the woman was talking about me, she apologized that I heard that, and TRIED to assure me she was not. There was only one other customer that had already been in the store before I got there. I have never been disrespected like this before, and I will not be returning to this store.

Went in to get some color they refused to sell me what I wanted then wouldnt leave me be as I was looking for something I might like to replace the other color with in the end left buying something I didnt want after other colors I picked they said wouldnt work. Wont be going back to A place that dictates my purchase with my money. Extremely disappointed in this store.

I give it two stars only because one of three women at the front desk was actually nice and helpful. I didnt catch her name, but she had a burgundy ombre hair style and she wore glasses. She answered my questions, she smiled and was pleasant. The other two, oh boy! No smiles and looked like they were ready to get out of there. I will not return to this supply store.

Racial profiling is what they do best at this store. Went to buy edge clippers, followed around while searching, plenty of non-ethics there I saw they paid no attention to. Been twice happened both times. Bought nothing for that sole purpose. Next time Ill bring my white friends so they can steal everything while my presence alone diverts there attention!

Not all of the employees were rude but one girl treats every customer like an inconvenience. I work in customer service and hers is awful! Wont shop here.
