Awful!!!!! I was in with a friend, and my daughter looking for temporary hair dye and a serum. We were followed around the store by a very rude older woman. When I asked where the dye was she said they didnt have any. I found it a few minutes later. Then when I asked about the serum she rolled her eyes and said I dont know we have a lot of serums. When I told her the product name she informed me that was the ethnic section and if I wanted anything like that I would have to go to Denver or Aurora. I was extremely offended! She was an awful, racist, judgemental person and should not have a job working with customers! I will not be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience here.

I absoulutly love this store, very well customer service, caring, and super helpful and know a lot about the product. I was trying to find something to help my hair it was super dry and a girl recomended something and amazing i love it! I will always come back to this store it may be a little farther than the one by my house but its completly worth it!

I was followed around the entire time because they assumed I was going to steal. I was wandering aimlessly though since I had no idea where anything was and they didnt offer to help. the register lady wasnt very friendly either. But I noticed they got longer extensions which I will purchase next week at another Sallys .

Store is good. Sign light is out and hard to find though. 2 girls chatting amd gossiping whole time i shopped and didnt bother to even greet me. When I finally asked for help they seemed nice and knowledgable. Once more customers filled the store thankfully their conversation stopped.

Just tried to call here to check stock on a product. Was given an automated message and then forwarded to a busy signal. I just wanted to ask a real person if they had some liter pumps in stock. Customer service fail, Sally Beauty.

Horrible experience I ask for help finding a product and they just stare at me , and totally ignored me never coming to this Place again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
