Thursday April 27th I walked to the door of Sallys in Edgewater, CO at about noon... the girl who worked there came rushing out the door and said" you will have to come back after 1:30, LUNCH" and drives away...I can assure you I have never and will never leave a customer standing at the front door!!!! RUDE!!! I will NOT be returning to Sallys... nor will I ever again recommend them to my clients, family or friends!!! It is truly a shame that this type of inconsiderate, rude behavior passes as customer service these days!!!! If this were my business... this girl would be looking for a new employer.

I would give no stars if I could. I was given a rain check two months ago for an item thats has been discontinued from being shipped to the store. Not once (on the 3 separate occasions I stopped in to check) did any of the employees tell me. I am now less than a week away from a huge trip that I planned on using this item and I am left with nothing. No solutions, no second options. Nothing. Oh, and the employee just painted her nails so she wasnt able to even assist customers. Terrible service. Terrible management.

This employee at this location was very rude. When I was purchasing hair dye, he had this rude attitude and pissed off look on his face. The way he communicated with me was not costumer service satisfaction at all.... Very horrible. I think he was the manager or something but thats not the way you treat costumers...

Cesar was very helpful over the phone and in person. I was I search of a bots hair brush and found just be right one! I liked that he asked for my i.d. When using my credit card, I didnt have it on me so just used cash, no problem! Now my beard looks great and I am happy! Thanks Cesar!
