From the moment I walked in, I was under the scrutiny of this little hag that wanted little to do with me, exuded irritation, and was a detriment to the whole process. I looked/was interested in several frames, all of which she disagreed with, save the most expensive, which apparently was not expensive enough, as she tried to steer me into VERY expensive frames. Every time I put one on, she immediately demanded I look at her, prior to my having looked at them myself. When she confirmed that I had insurance that would assist in the purchase, she seemed to brighten, but this was short lived. After I had the eye exam, and had settled on frames, against her desires, she calls out this troll from the back that was wearing shaggy sweats, a skewed baseball hat, and a t-shirt covered in skulls and the suggestive forms of women, all of which is fine, but not in this environment, where there should be at least an idea of professional service. Going to get my glasses today, but I will not come here again.
