TEN HOUR WAIT FOR SURGERY. I was scheduled for surgery at 11:00am, and I did not leave the center until 8:30pm. I waited 10 full hours, and when I arrived they told me the total time would be 2-4 hours. In addition to this wait, I was given inadequate discharge instructions (not told how to use the eye drops so I used them improperly, not told to get artificial tears). They had seriously overbooked the clinic that day, and it seemed stressful for the staff as well, but the lack of adequate communication and the lack of apology/reimbursement after made it clear that this is the usual standard of care for them. The surgery went well, but the customer care was very poor and disorganized.

Hired an outside company which uses harvested emails to send undirected spam that ends up in my mailbox along with viagra, cialist, penis englargment, stock price predictions, and chinese stuff that I cant understand. This sort of marketing is rude and intrusive. Heres a pro tip: if I didnt subscribe to your newsletter I surely wont be clicking the unsubscribe link, as it will most certainly indicate a valid email which will then be sold to other databases and net me even more spam. By dealing with shady companies you establish yourself as a shady company.

Came here 2 weeks ago so happy with my vision I can see without my glasses now its so exciting loved the place, staff was so kind and helpful, try answer any questions I had recommend this place 100%
