I found a great gem in San Leandro that I bribe about to my husband, our neighbors, and friends. My interaction with the staff were all very pleasant and professional. Dr. Saavedra was very thorough in her exam, including dilation. I do know a lot about ophthalmic conditions and diseases because of the line of work Im in and I must say that Dr. Saavedra has an excellent bedside manner, great personality, and extremely thorough. The clinic is also well kept and very cute.

Ive been going here for years and one of the best run business period. Customer service is superb from doctors to staff. Ive developed great relationships with Dr. SAAVEDRA and her staff. Very nice and caring people. Glasses are always perfect and they support my decisions and choices. The new facility is fabulous and the implementation of text message reminders is wonderful. I was sorry to lose Dr. Revelli, but along came Dr. Saavedra and I couldnt be happier! She is an excellent doctor, thorough, kind and gentle--and fun too! I have known Ana for just forever and she still fits my new glasses and the rest of the staff are very professional and polite. The glasses are a bit expensive....but like the old adage says: you get what you pay for. I have never been disappointed.

Really rude and horrible customer service. Certainly wont ever recommend. Gig is the lady I had the unfortunate experience with. Dr. Saavedra is awesome but her staff is awful. Dr.Saavedra should really consider firing Gigi or disciplining her. Thanks Dr. Saavedra for all these years of service but my whole family and relatives that comes to you will now be going else where.

Satisfactory exams, but impossible to get to talk to an optician to buy glasses. They are by appointment only, and have twice been closed when I showed up for an appointment. I have already selected the exact pair I want, and they managed to lose the information before ordering them both times. Go somewhere else. Its clear they dont really want anyone to shop here.

I was looking for a new optometrist and was recommended to the Optometry group and couldnt have been happier! The front desk was very welcoming and the exam was thorough. I had brought in antique frames and they were happy to send them off and fill my prescription lenses. Highly recommended.

Great fast service but my 300.00 eye glasses fell apart in less that 60 days. Sent them back to them but never got a phone call to settle the matter.
