The parking lot here seems to be designed to keep you captive. Be wary of the lot the closer you get to the theater. It seems to want to trap you so you have no choice but to park (or search endlessly if theres no available parking), get out of your car and go spend money. The shops here are unremarkable. The one destination spot that was a draw and a delight for years is gone: Borders was such a wonderful haunt. Now its populated by yet another pedestrian, tacky and pointless furniture store that its almost repulsive. The In-N-Out seems to be the one thing that saves the place. Perhaps the theater but thats time and moovee dependent. Proceed with caution.

Im always watching my back in this place. I dont feel safe here often. Its just my preference but I dont care for most of the stores that are here. The ones that I do like our IHOP Round Table Starbucks Verizon. I think this mall could really use several enclosed bike lockers .There is a lot of vehicular traffic , parking can take awhile to find, and its in a neighborhood thats easy to get to by bicycle and I think a lot of people would bring bikes if there was enclosed, safe, convenient bike parking.

I cant help but give this place a five it is hard to find parking spots though but they have all the restaurants you would want and desire everywhere from Texas Roadhouse Chevys Fuddruckers many many more even a movie theater and right around the corner they have a place where you can sky fly but you better be fit are you wont qualify to do it because being handicapped myself they would not allow me to do it and I wouldnt want to anyway although I wish I could

Been going to this place for 20 years. Lots of options -- movie theater, restaurants (BBQ, Applebees, etc), Walmart, office supply store, Best Buy, Lowes. My only complaint -- whoever designed the parking lot was a masochist. Easy to get locked off, blocked, etc. Apparently it is (or was) a running joke at city hall because the developer was warned during the design phase that the parking accommodations looked "odd".

This is one of my favorite in Union City. Its pretty close to where I live and close to the I-880. Theres Best Buy, Cinema, and all different kind of restaurants. Too bad Borders closed long time ago, but cant say Im really surprised about that. Overall I still go here quite often whether its just to grab a quick bite, or get a haircut from one of the shops. Oh and movies of course.

Movie theater, starbucks, jolibee, luckys, many other stores but they are scattered from walmart to jolibee. Its a maze of parking lots and internal roads. I remember when this whole property was a big drive in theater owned by syufy enterprises century theaters. Very similar to Bayfair mall which had a drive in theater as well by the same company.

Free parking, a lot of different stores, movie theater and restaurants. The problem is that its so big and spread out, you may have to drive to where you want to go, from Lowes at one end to Walmart at the other. Restaurants include IHOP, Texas Roadhouse, Andersons, as well as independent small restaurants. Also, very convenient off the freeway.

Super soild. Know the fellas from Hayward store. And the service hasnt slipped at all. Needed watch battery not only did they know what I needed was able to replace it on the spot. WOW..waited 10 min was like brand new. And set it for me I so forgot how. Anyway going back to get my vap. Best prices on ripping off. Highly recommended!!!

This place is starting to shape up. Lots of convenient food choices along with some new ones. Buckhorn grill, Buffalo wild wings, a theater, Texas Roadhouse. Almost anything you can think of they have. Conveniently located by the freeway, this place is great for having your needs satisfied all at once...in a none sexual way...

This place has everything you need. The main stores being Wal-Mart and Office Depot. Any and every restaurant you can think of is there. Unfortunately none of my favorites. But theyre all good. Parking isnt too bad. I stopped going to the theater there a long time ago though because its always too crowded.

I love shopping plazas like this because I dont always care for an indoor mall I like to go from store to store in the outdoor a nice change and this one is really nice one of my favorites because its that plus its like multiple sections of the Plaza thats because it has a lot of variety of shops.

There are simply too many vehicles, and not enough parking. This is particularly true of handicapped parking. Also, very little signage -- you waste a lot of time driving around to find the business you are looking for. And very few security guards. Not impressed.

Its local. It has a Century Movie theatre. In the arcade at the Theatre is my favorite video game. There is a STARBUCKS and a Luckys. And a cute little pet shop called Waggin-Tails. The people who work there are very nice and helpful.

A lot of variety of food places to choose from. Theres Century 25, a large capacity theater to pass time in. Theres Walmart across the lot, a Luckys in the lot. Its a all in one plaza. One true one stop shop for all of your needs.

Parking close to the things you want to be near like the movie theatre and Lucky grocery store are a hassle and all the buildings are spread out but there are some good stores here and it allows plenty of exercise if you wish.

awesome place to walk around, eat and watch movies. theres some suspicious crowd at late night roaming around. theres security to keep on Eye on the area but there are many dark and blind spots just dont go there or park there

Great plaza and the have good security and they let big trucks park there over night. And so many places to eat. A good place for 10hr or even a 34hr break for truck drivers. It is really clean lot I hope it stay that way.

Super-sized and spread out sectional version of big box stores and predominantly chain food outlets, movie theatres, grocery stores, etc. Not bad, just nothing special. Easy access off the freeway and lots of parking.

They have a lot of stores. I went to Trends hair salon. May does a great job on styling hair. She cares for her clients. She stayed after 6pm on Saturday, which is the time she closes for me and another client.

Fine place to get down here on a boring weekend and spend your time watching movies at Century, having coffee at starbucks, may be some donuts at the Krispy Kreme or some hot wings at the Buffalo wild wings.

I usually only visit UL for Best Buy. It a super large store with every thing you could imagine an electronic store would have. Its an alternative to Frys which is a lot further from where I live.
