This place was the only purpose Taiwanese and Hong Kongese and other elite Asians were attracted and started to settle in Cupertino at least 20~30 years ago. Now the last standing Taiwanese eateries are only dessert shops, the Fantasia Coffee & Tea, and Ten Ren Tea--all other eateries are not authentic or worth a bite any more. No more sampling of delicate Taiwanese or Taiwanese-influenced Chinese cuisines here. Nobody knows how and why the current developer considers the most recent renovation an upgrade to match with the neighboring Omni Consumer Products campus. This i-evetything is a joke, only for Chinese tourists to latch on!!

Continuously developing shopping center keeps adding shops and restaurants. However, the parking spots are small, scattered areas around the entire perimeter. Maybe theyll build a parking structure eventually. Lots of great restaurant choices mostly leaning on Asian cuisine. Boba drink shops, hair salon, Ranch 99 grocery store, Chinese bakeries, sweet shop, clothing boutiques, beauty and health stores. Welcome to Apple Computer neighborhood!

If you come to the bay area from Europe this is a ust visit. Youre getting transported to a different universe, well a different continent. you find yourself in Asia with Chinese restaurants, video stores and even Ginseng stores. There is a supermarket with exotic food and the attached restaurant is very cheap and quite an adventure. You can buy a life fish and have it cooked for you in the supermarket. Gotta try it out!

I hate coming to this plaza. Parking is always a headache, and you need to watch out for crappy drivers who is trying to run you down from all directions. The plus for this plaza are the shops and good you can get here. Authentic Chinese food, great grocery store, and everything in between. Another nostalgic place for me as I frequented this plaza during my school days. Nowadays, I try to stay away as much as possible.

Cupertino village is one of my favorite culinary locations in the south bay. With a variety of different cultures, and nationalities. From trying something new, or old favorites it will prove difficult to find a store or restaurant that you would not like. Ranch 99 market has a notoriously amazing friend chicken that I have yet to find a place that does it better.

Its a pretty small shopping center and hard to access . Theres only one way to get into the driveway from San Antonio Rd. arent any major anchor stores just a bunch of small specialty stores so you will go there if you need something . I find I can live without these stores and dont want to battle the traffic to get into this area .

I like this shopping center from the day 1 for the best Cantonese Dim Sum - Joy Luck Palace in town. If you can avoid the peak time is weekend lunch time that will be better but just like everyone complained the parking is no fun. If you came at non peak hours then you can shopping, eating and drinking coffee and tea here

Basically a mini-China town, complete with typical China town parking. The new parking lot helps a bit, but it doesnt change the fact that this plaza is just overcrowded as heck during the weekend and Friday nights. Seems to be a good mix of Taiwanese, southern mainland, and Hong Kong owners.

Walking distance to the Hilton Garden Inn. Great selection of Chinese and Korean restaurants. The Chinese bakery is excellent. The New Port restaurant for dinner sum is a short walk across the street. Fantasia restaurant has bubble tea and coffee beverages. There is also Starbucks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible staff, not interested showing the property. Rude to potential new customers. I can only imagine how they must be to the existing customers. Apts are also not well kept and beg for an upgrade. Marketing and adv. Pics are deceiving.

Its currently under renovation, so it is hard to navigate around the buildings. I had to walk all the way around to reach some of the restaurants instead of cutting through the middle. However, when they are done with construction, I do expect things to be better.

Great restaurants. Great boba. And who doesnt love 99 Ranch? Theres also randomly a Mod Pizza here. Minus one star because on prime food hours, parking is atrocious since theres just not enough spaces to accommodate the sheer capacity of the restaurants and cafes

This is the place came into my mind whenever I have no idea where to go for Chinese lunch/dinner. My favorite restaurants are Chef Yang BBQ, Tongtong Dumplings, Nutricious Food and Tianren Milk Tea. Joy Palace is also good but with a higher price.

After renovations, there are a lot more parking spots available. There are a ton of authentic Chinese restaurants here, and ShengKee and Ranch 99 make convenient places to pick up some groceries after your meal.

Parking is a big big problem there, especially during lunch/dinner peak hours. The renovation is taking place. Across street from Apple new spaceship. Expect more traffic when the new Apple campus is open.

Therere nothing but plenty of good Chinese restaurants here. Conveniently located on Homestead and Wolfe Road near 280 Wolfe exit. Be warned, there arent a lot of parking to accommodate weekend crowd.

Lots for Chinese restaurants and a 99 Ranch supermarket, plus snack shops. It is across the street from the Apple spaceship, it will become a very busy place.
