The building is not just a shopping center. Its mainly a condo with shops, restaurant, cafes, banks, medical/government services etc under one roof. Parking is all underground and you pay before leaving with 10 minutes before ticket stub expire. During cultural event week they set a stage in front of Asian library for live show performances.

The center of Oakland Chinatown. Clean, have a few good choices of restaurants within the Plaza. Oakland public library is also here.
