Was told they werent very busy. Probably an hour or less to get two tires put on so my wife and I left in my truck for lunch. When we got back, her car was in the shop with no new tires. They finally raised it up while we looked around the store but the guys were just talking about 20 from our car. After 2 hours and 20 minutes and theyre not doing anything I told them I just want my car back, this is ridiculous. Ill take it to a real tire shop"! So they lowered it down and we left. Its been this way every time at that place but today was the last time!!! Ill pay a little more elsewhere for tires but id rather spend 3 hrs. with my grandkids than standing in the Ukiah Walmart tire shop.

I Waited 2 hrs for an oil change because thats what I was told it would take since there was two cars ahead of me (which I found weird since there was 5 or 6 people working in the back, you would think itd be a shorter wait time.) After 2 1/2 hours I noticed there were multiple cars been worked on except mine, I asked if my car was done. The lady replied by saying "no, it is still going to take a while since theres two more cars ahead of you", I dont know what type of routine they have going on, but theres no way in hell i can trust someone to work on my car if they take 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. Never again will I go there.

Defenitly brought my car in for just an oil change. Now my car is overheating and the fan is staying on for 5+ min after I turn the off. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Was told 1/2 and my car would be done. An hour later and hadnt even been brought in. Just needed an oil change. Sucks!
