Two clerks at the desk. One exclusively helping a man, the other answering the phone. Neither clerk greeted me, nor did they even acknowledge my presence. No, "Hi, be right with you." No, "Sorry for the delay." Instead, complete lack of eye contact even though the bell at the door signaled my entry, my two minutes of looking for what I needed on my own, and my five minutes of standing within three feet of the desk right in plain sight. Then, a female employee arrived, and she looked right at me, and still not even a "Hi. Someone will be with you shortly." Napa Auto Parts in Lakeport, CA -- shame on you. Were a small town, and I will let all my friends and neighbors know how rude and unprofessional you are.

Ordered a part a week ago, it didnt arrive on the specified date and the guy behind the desk told me "oh it happens all the time check back on Monday at 8am. I called them at 10:00 and they told me it would be on a shuttle at 2. I will be speaking with a manager when I do finally get my part.
