I have always liked this store but tonight I went in, using my moms credit card (or tried) and got the cops called on me. I have used the same exact card there three other times this past week with NO PROBLEMS, let alone having the cops called. I have full permission to use the card. The guy was really nice and apologized and handed me back the card after I told him that my ID did not match the name on the card. 45 minutes later I got a call from my mom, she was making sure I still had the card, saying that the cops were at her house. My mom has to commute to work and gets up at 3am and does NOT need woken up like that! If they wanted to call the cops they should have made me stay there or just kept the card! They lied and said that I ran out of the store. Well, I did leave because there was no reason for me to stay! My kid was screaming about the candy he couldnt get because they wouldnt let me use the card. Thanks a lot, I wont be spending any money there EVER again, which is a lot since I have four vehicles. I really dont appreciate this and I cant wait to talk to your manager tomorrow!

My check engine light came on and I had to swing by as I was passing through town and the girl that works there was really awesome she is the diagnostic test to figure out what direction the problem was coming from and it said the O2 sensor which a lot of people were having problems with recently because of all the smoke and Ash in the air so long story short now that the air is cleared up I just have to replace the air filter. What a huge relief because I was super concerned. The staff here is super friendly and I will definitely stop by again if Im ever going through town and need anything from them.

theses "sales people" in mcminnville couldnt find a belt with the Toyota part number. Then they said it was not in their policy to pull parts for me to compare and purchase until i come in! I have tolerated this before and ALWAYS have to start at square one everytime i go in the store. Then a new person ALWAYS has to start over i am finished dealing with these clowns! !! i feel slighted you have to give one star in my review!! Service was less than amateur, I got a corprate number to complain to. I called it call couldnt be completed, i can only guess the mailbox must be full from my experience !!!

Not happy with customer service too many women get the jobs because of they have a vagina... We are not equal opportunity employer... they want to give you a hassle on their lifetime parts when you need to replace them.... I do not recommend going here.... I would rather go to a Portland location instead.... At least the women out there are very knowledgeable of automotive parts ..... I FEEL MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE LET GO !!!! Then hire people that knows what theyre doing....

Me and my dad went to here to get a tool but never found it. Then we couldnt use the car, so we went again. They still didnt have anything. We switched to Napa instead.

This AutoZone has all the car parts you need in stalk and if they dont they can get it for you ASAP. They also have great customer service.
