I stopped at the new Napa and they totally ignored me. Didnt even acknowledge that I was standing there for at least 5 mins before I decided to leave. I walked into AutoZone and they spoke to me as soon as I walked in. The employees there are great and very helpful. I will definitely go there first anytime I need something for our vehicles.

The service here isnt the best. Seems like every time I walk in they are on the phone. Im not a patient man. I just find what I need and get. Cant say the prices are very competitive either, seems a little high for car fluids(only thing I ever bought here). Also not a big fan of the location.

Quick, courteous service. And helpful information about your vehicle as well as having your part in stock. Id your part is not in stock, they will track down and have it shipped to your local store promptly. Service hands down the best.

Good selection, the staff will help you if you ask, and they can read the codes from your cars computer to tell you why certain dash lights have come on. Usually very easy to get in and out with what you need.

Called the Albany store at 7:45pm their store is supposed to be open until 9:30pm I called 9 Times with it ringing until it disconnected me! Does nobody work in this store
