Am from car dealer i called asking for a bearing for a honda accord and the guy didnt even know what it was i tried to explain and even told him to give me a minute so i can explain better and i even asked to speak to someone with better knowledge or to speak to the manager and i guess he was the only one in and he was the manager so he hangs up on me!! what kind of place is this you guys suck !!!! thanks for the help !!! This place a joke. I show up Sunday at 8:00 AM and the place is closed. Door says open at 7:30. So I call and get told the guy who was supposed to open isnt there. Theres about 5 cars sitting in the parking lot now waiting. Hes 45 minutes late when he does show up. How can a place operate like this?

They almost always have what I need on hand. Sometimes they seem to be confused as to who is going to help you pay. Like theres 4 or 5 people in the store and one dude at a register helping someone, while you stand there for a while... but its never a long wait, just kind of odd.

Great stock of parts, and staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Had my obscure water pump in stock for a 1994 Nissan Sentra, saving me $400 by doing it myself in the driveway, made for a very happy better half.
