I have lived in Beaverton for 10+ years and have used Autozone in Beaverton for my little car needs. I did this again today when I needed a bulb for my headlight. I was having a problem getting the correct head light put into the right place. One of your employees named, Will was kind enough to show me what I was doing wrong and actually put the new bulb in for me. Just these simple and small acts of kindness go a Long long way! Will was very nice and very helpful to me and I wanted to make sure his bosses recognize it. I will continue to us AutoZone for my car needs thanks to great guys like Will!

I ordered a couple of items on the web for pick-up at this store. I didnt have the print-out they required, mostly due to lack of printer, and they said I could not use my credit card or ID to retrieve the items I had purchased! They were very rude and sarcastic tone they used did not help the matter. After calling their support they informed me that using my credit card or ID should have been fine. I informed them what had happened at the store and I promptly cancelled my order. I found what I needed at OReilly Auto parts.

This particular Autozone is always busy. Most of the staff are cool and usually friendly however they seem to hire some who seem to be angry all the time. No greeting when you walk into the store and no, "Thank you for coming In" after purchase. Aside from that, parking has never been an issue, its clean and usually they have comparable prices and for the most part always have what Ive needed in stock. Should they not have it, they can get it. Giving this store 4 stars just because of the grumpy employee.

Wonderful service! I was trying to replace my front light bulb (an HID bulb) and had a lot of trouble putting the new one back in; called a bunch of places and they were not accommodating (dealer said it would cost me $200 in labor cost just to install the replacement bulb), but called up this place and they said they were happy to take a look. Came in, 5 minutes later, all taken care of at no charge! Thanks AutoZone!

Very helpful employees who have done free vehicle code checks/engine light on, free battery checks and if you take in your alternator, free charging tests. A.Z. has great prices, stores full of products and online buying 2nd to no one! Their customer loyalty program is the best! 5 purchases totalling more than $20 each and for the 6th purchase you get a $20 gift certificate! I love it!

Gave me the wrong alternator for my 99 Sonata, so called and they told they would order the correct one, and it would be in the next day at 11am. I called the store at 11am to see if the part had arrived. Guess what, they never order the part. So I called Discount Import Parts in Beaverton, they had the alternator within two hours. Avoid Autozone, Hurray for Discount Import Auto Parts.

Decent inventory, especially for 90sand 80s cars. Excellent selection of spray and fluids which has me coming back every so often. Prices are okay. Customer service up front is usually on point. Aftermarket accessories selection is great! They scan check engine lights/test batteries/etc for free too. 4.2/5

Theyre not going to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but they are definitely going to get the right part and if they dont they will fix it. I had a problem with my core return and the manager was able to give me back my money and figure out what happened on the back side, to save me time.

Very helpful. My car was dieing on me. They supplied me tools and helped me trouble shoot the problem. I got there at closing. He stayed after hours to make sure I was helped and I could get on the road again.
