One of the worst experiences at an auto parts store. I dont know what it is about the Napa stores in this area but they always have horrible customer service with moody and empty-headed people. I originally bought two upper control arms for my 1993 Integra. I received one upper control arm that was in their Napa "quality parts" box and another that was also in the same box. This was ok so far, as that was what I ordered. I came to find out however that the parts were not what I ordered. One part was the actually "premium" napa brand, while the other was a cheaper aftermarket that looked completely different. I brought this up the first time, and it took some explanation but they ordered me a new set. I go to pick up the set and it was the same mistake. It makes no sense to me because the parts I ordered and payed for on the receipt are exactly the same, however I clearly recieved two different types of parts. When I went in the second time, It was ALL MY FAULT. Apparently Im to blame for their confusing mix up, and the clerk got upset with me because I couldnt figure out why THEY were screwing things up, and that I couldnt completely tell them what was going on. Well duh, I dont work at the warehouse. Anyway, I would clearly show him that they are two completely different parts (its quite obvious) and they would refuse to believe me for some reason. Eventually the wrong part was reordered and Im going to pick it up today (hopefully). Even if they end up fixing their mistake this was the worst experience with customer service I have EVER had. A side note, most of the clerks are quite old and one kept calling me "kid". This really pissed me off as Im a 25 year old military veteran and Ive done my service to my country, I think I deserve the word "sir" just as I use it towards them. Really, its just a bunch of old, upset, curmudgy workers that will only care if youre a middle-aged man with ranch boots ordering parts for your bronco. I also am surprised someone with an AE86 reviewed this store with stellar results. Either way, go to other auto parts stores, there is no reason to suffer the headache.

I called to inquire matching color paint in spray can form. The Customer service clerk advices me to bring in the piece I wanted matched and they can do their best attempt to eye ball the color to match. I was ok with this. I walked in the store 20 mins later and was told to wait. When I finally got service the clerks first words is I cant do that. We cant match it, your going to have to go somewhere else. I explained I was asked to bring in the piece I wanted matched. He then guiede me 3 miles west of his location, completely out of my way to Quality paints, where he forgot to mention they closed at 12pm on sat. I this was at 1pm he gave me directions. So, thank you for the tour, Im still looking to complete my project.

There seems to be a general lack of professionalism in this place. The parts personnel today when I walked in were more interested in interacting with one another than helping me as a customer. Im all for people working in non traditional roles but the woman working there is incompetent or needs more training, perhaps both? Im glad I knew what I was doing because she certainly did not. I asked for hydraulic hose and she brought me fuel line! I could go on but Ill leave it at that. I may start driving to the Beaverton location even though its much less convenient in hopes of more professionalism. Beware of this location.

Called regarding pricing for brakes. Steve asked if I knew what I needed, I said I would need the "whole setup". I obviously dont know much about cars which when I say the "whole setup" Id hoped hed actually look up the information for what I would need for my car and give me some suggestions. Instead, he was very rude and said, "Every part is separate, you need to tell me exactly what you need!" I was so taken aback by his tone of voice I just said brake pads. At this point he gave me the price and then hung up. This place wont get my money. What a jerk.

The guys here are always moody, rude, and they act like you are wasting your time when you ask a question. THATS YOUR JOB TO HELP THE CUSTOMER! EDIT: Moved it up to a 3 star, they got some new employees that are better, but not great.

Ive been buying from these guys for years and have always been happy with the parts and service. The great thing about Napa is they have a deep catalog - they stock parts that their competitors dont. Theyre always my first call.

These guys are great its just that I have a 1984 Toyota corolla ae86, and Im often getting front wheel drive parts for a rear wheel drive vehicle.
