Sold us the wrong brake pads.....got back to Napa at 5:03 pm met the guys as they closed the doors, they said too bad, come back tomorrow, as they walked away! Basically leaving us stranded, and acting like every other huge multi-national corporation. We couldnt possibly stay open long enough to exchange the part for the correct part. Remember the days when we knew each other and it mattered that employees were courteous and helpful and service driven? Boo Napa Sebastopol 3 minutes past five with your error in hand! We are not a happy, or satisfied customers! We are disappointed in how you guys did that!
