ordered front and rear brake parts 2 weeks prior to replacement. 2 of 4 had to be shipped from pdx. found out all 4 were for the rear in the middle of replacement. had to reorder and wait for pdx delivery at 330p friday. called before pickup, but parts did not show up. next promised time was 11a saturday. called before pickup, parts did not show up. next promised is now 130p. i mentioned issue, she hung up on me. the proper response was " i am sorry about inconvenience let me call now to ensure delivery". i shopped here for 20 years and will be last. great timing oreilly! beware oreilly, check resumes of prior work experience at interviews.

If you need car parts there are plenty of other options nearby with as good a selection and better customer service. I ordered brake calipers for an 02 Toyota, not an unusual item by any means, but the store ordered the wrong thing. Then they acted like their mistake was my fault and tried to get me to pay return shipping for the incorrect calipers. In the mean time I had bought what I needed elsewhere because i couldnt wait a week (with my car undriveable) for the store to get their act together and get me the correct parts. The manager did not offer any apology for their mistake nor for wasting my time. They lost a customer for good.

I was quoted a price for a part over the phone then when I went to the store the price was double, when I inquired the clerk informed me that the lower price was for aftermarket and what was on the counter was OE. My problem is They never told me on the phone he was quoting aftermarket, and at the store I was only offerd OE. Complete Bait and Switch tactics thru and thru. They just lost a customer for life. I go somewhere else now. They might be a little more expensive then NAPA but at least they are honest and dont pull such B.S. with there customers.
