After many bad experiences at multiple different Napas in the Portland metro area I had sworn off Napa forever. However when I moved Woodland, Napa was the only auto parts store. So I found myself periodically coming in here when I really didnt want to. The staff at the Woodland Napa has slowly changed my mind. I now find myself going in here without a knee-jerk reaction of wanting to drive to Vancouver just to pick up motor oil. They are extremely courteous very knowledgeable and have yet to steer me wrong as many other Napas have. So for this store and the store only I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. This "independently owned" Napa store doesnt care about the customer. Their customer service and returns are horrible. Owner Becky and son Grant are only concerned about the almighty dollar - will fight tooth and nail not to accept returns and treat customer poorly. Find another store to visit, one that cares about you.

Ive been dealing with this Napa store on a regular basis for nearly a year. The inventory is impressive, and the staff is knowledgeable. When I need something that isnt normally stocked, they go out of their way to help me find what I need. They have been honest, and reasonable. I will continue to do business with them in the future!

I have been a customer for 10 years. I often bring in challenges as I work on older vehicles a lot. They are almost always able to find a solution. When working on older equipment or vehicles there isnt a better place. I have even been to other Napa stores expecting the same service and expertise and have been disappointed.

Some are Very knowledgeable - ...the younger ones are still usually helpful, and they try real hard. Nice stock of parts and can usually steer me to something even though here at the Relentless Homestead we are always building/fixing something weird and often have need of unusual parts.

Ive been shopping here for years. The staff are helpful and friendly. Most parts needed are in stock. Prices are at times a touch higher than other local shops, but the helpfulness of staff makes all the difference.

The NAPA store in Longview has steadily gone downhill after they moved. Glad there are a few independently owned ones left like this one that still know how to run a store properly.
