My interior lights wouldent turn off because the peace in the door that turns them off broke. I called them and the guy told me to cut some wires and lace them together... TOTAL wrong info. Come to find out all i had to do was pull a fuse which he told me there wasent one, which i found out after the fact there was so now i got cut wires when i could have just pulled a simple fuse. I thought you had to know about cars to work at auto zone. Very pissed... thanks

...took my audi in for new wiper blades, guy says they have the item in stock & can install for me... 3 associates (including manager) couldnt figure out how to change them out, they even broke the wiper arm on my car!! Told me it was broken & put scotch tape on it... are you kidding?

I like AutoZone the prices seem to be fair and the guys in there are always really nice if they dont have it in stock sometimes theyll get it within an hour or two the next day almost always for sure
