Two employees were outside smoking, leaving only one guy inside. He was answering multiple phone calls so every customer in the shop was unable to be helped or purchase anything. I was one of two frustrated customers that left. I mentioned this to the two employees outside and they just looked at me without so much as a response. This was just before 5 p.m. on March 2nd. Ill never be back due to their rudeness.

Parts guys have to do their jobs sit there and sell parts...DAVID!!!! hangs up on people that have shops Comercial Acct...i mean calm down David do ur job.. ur getting payed..but will be contacting corporate...we are still waiting on part...getting jobs done is how i make money thanks again david we have to wait another day to get paid....

These guys are great. I change the oil in all my cars and I only use synthetic motor oil. Whenever I walk into this Autozone it seems like they always show me their coupons and sales and how to get free oil filters, etc.

Tiffany was such a help, (pretty smile too) and though she didnt have the part I needed, she located it at the Barger location. Was able to get it and install it that evening! Excellent customer service!
