I live in Colorado and was a day away from driving a 2001 Suburban with 245k miles on it the 1300 miles back from Salem. It started running rough and was throwing a code, so I popped in here to see if theyd scan it for me really quickly so I could diagnose what needed to be fixed. Nope. They told me they didnt have a hand scanner for in store use, and that I could buy one for $60. What sort of fuckery is this? ANY auto parts store in Colorado will do this free of charge, some will even clear the codes for you and we live in a county that requires emissions. Popped over to Oil Can Henrys and they scanned it. Stopped into OReilley later that night and they said theyd have scanned it for me too. Id give them one star, but I dont know enough about the store to warrant such a low review. Maybe next time, guys, just help a guy out. Earn a little business, hmmm?

Had a bit of trouble yesterday with our car battery. I was surprised they not only had it in stock, but made sure I properly installed it with the help of John. He went above and beyond to help me, which was much appreciated. I was all set and off I went knowing everything was right. Great stuff guys! and the one girl Ha ha. thanks.

I needed an item to get my daughters car back on the road and went straight theyre from work. They were closed at 6:00 which was about five minutes before I arrived. This is not to say they have horrible service - I really dont know because I never got inside. When or if I do, Ill update my review.

Employees here help you get the job done, tell them what you need and they will find it for you, I always buy my wiper blades from them and they helped me make sure I got the right oil filter for my car

They have a good variety of quality brands, but are not very cheap on pricing. If your bargain auto parts shop doesnt have the brand you want, they are a good place to check.
